If your parking is the shit show that it is maybe your employees should park the cars into the stalls instead of guiding customers into the stall. There was no need to yell at the older gentleman because you gave him the directions to reverse in backwards, then when he came close to the other car in the stall and exits his car is yelled at for parking too close. (The only place open on a Sunday). I called them and asked if they had my tire, they did. Drove over and wishing 8 mins they were done and it was only about $40 for a tire. RIP off rip off, took my for 2011 for fusion to ship for tire replacement used and now I have to keep going back to replace tires and took vehicle for repair mechanic named Jamaal for the tensioner pulley which was not done properly now issue with Axel to in which Jamal claims he fixed brand new and now again have to take care back for him to fix. They charge each time over $200 I been spending money for poor labor and bad service. Each time problem with car I call Jamaal and he over talks me and tell me to bring car back to shop and charges me more money I will seek legal assistance due to this. OK, I was traveling on I4 and swerved to miss what looked like a paint can ending up swiping the center concrete barrier.. This shredded my front tire and damaged my rim. I originally had it towed to the place 2 doors down from this place whose shall remain nameless (their name rhymes with baltamont rody hop), they had better rating so I assumed they would be on the up and up.. When I got there I mentioned depending on on the cost I might just pay cash and not go through insurance, I was then informed the baltamont rody mop didn't except geico (which I find odd), and that after a quick look at my vehicle was told it would probably be north of $1000 to fix. I asked them if I could leave my vehicle there overnight until I decided what to do, either let them fix or or tow it elsewhere. After sleeping on it I decided to have it towed elsewhere, I just didn't get a good feeling from baltamont hody mop. I made my way to my disabled vehicle and got on Yelp.. I was now going to have to pay again to have it towed somewhere else.. Looking at the reviews I saw there was a place 96' away. That was perfect cause I wouldn't have to have it towed, it was literally 2 doors down. But only had 3 stars at the time, I decided to throw caution to the wind and give them a shot. Boy am I glad I did. 10 min in line and the owner I believe walked over to my car and motioned for me to drive it very slowly to bay 1, they took the tire off and rim replace the tire and fixed the damaged parts of the rim (the rim was not bent so I didn't need a new one) so the tire would hold air again. Put the tire back on and the grand total for all this $53.15! So yes the reviewer who complained that spanish was the predominant language spoken is right, although I don't speak Spanish and was able to communicate fine with them, and the office may not have a nice air conditioned waiting room etc.. But would you rather go with the English speaking baltamont rody sop and pay north of $1000, or get a $950 discount to listen to a little spanglish? I know what I would do.. 5 Stars for their honesty, and their speed and amazing price.. read more

Wow talk about excellent service and price! Because of covid19 we have only been driving one car. The other had two almost flat tires, we decided to get them taken care of. Looked on yelp and found this place and it's down the road. My hubby calls to make an appointment and they say come on in, so he left, he's there in 5 mins and they are already repairing both tires, less than 10 later He texts he's already on his way back!! Just FYI, the place is a little old school and has a lot of cars out front so I was a little nervous pulling in. But it did not disappoint. First off, Tony was awesome! Second, they saw me immediately on a Friday afternoon with no wait. I needed two new tires and they didn't carry my size since it's specialty. So Tony said he could order new ones but made it clear that I didn't have to buy from them or I could go somewhere else. He told me to give him a call the next day and he would order for me. The price he gave me is what I found online so I called him the following day asking if he would order. I brought my 2009 Toyota Corolla to an unspecified tire repair shop to ask about my bent wheel. They stated that it needed to replaced and would cost $65 including the install. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Good thing I did! I brought it by Altamonte New & Used Tires and they very honest with me. My wheel wasn't so badly damaged that it needed to be replaced. It just needed to be slightly reshaped. The honesty at Altamonte Tire was quite refreshing and they saved me a lot of time and some money! A really great shop that doesn't try to sell you anything like all of the corporate chains. I just went because my tire was very messed up and needed to replace it. I was hesitant at first based on the reviews but quite frankly I left very satisfied. The gentlemen were friendly and efficient. I told them exactly what I wanted and they gave me affordable options. Needless to say I would definitely recommend if you have issues with your tires. I can't speak for other services as I have never had anything else done there but I can't imagine it being any different. I will definitely come back again if I need anything else. Un-welcoming establishment. Techs barely speak English and tried to charge $80 to mount ATV tires on 14" wheels and NO balancing. After I told them they were crazy Pep Boys is cheaper, he said he would do it for $60. Left and went around the corner top Empire tire and they did it for $40. read more

Avoid this unprofessional establishment! Quoted me a $20 price over the phone to mount and balance a used tire on my 19" rim and then raised the price to $30 when I showed up. I provided all tire and rim size information on the phone so there was no surprise. Don't waste your time or money with these guys. HubCap Daddy down the street is a much better option. read more
