In our case my wife had illegally crossed and had been caught at the border, processed, and returned to Mexico. Normally this is open and shut case, you are never getting a green card. Today she is a Citizen, with even a SENTRI card. How's that for a success story. Yes we paid a bunch, mainly in fees to the U.S. Yes she had to go back with my toddler for 3 months and process at Ciudad Juarez. But it all worked out thanks to Francisco. He referred me to psychologists to help with documentation of impacts, etc. to strengthen the case and other hugely helpful hints. After the green card he helped her along and gave advice for free. She trusts him completely and still stays in contact. He helped my MIL get her green card as well. Don't fool yourself, you WILL have to do a lot of work and you will get what you put into it. There is no guarantee he can help everyone and a lot will depend on your own particular circumstances. But for someone caught, deported, and everything else to get citizenship and Trusted Travel Partner status with CBP, you can judge what he can do for yourselves!

This guy in unbelievable. He takes advantage of people... I reported him to the police. And the police said they can't arrest him because we voluntarily gave him a check. I think there's collusion.
