He kept saying he moved out, he's in urgent care, his computer broke down, him and his wife are getting a divorce, he's living in a hotel.. etc. I just told him to mail me the check which fees are for Uscis because those are for uscis. This guy in unbelievable. He takes advantage of people... I reported him to the police. And the police said they can't arrest him because we voluntarily gave him a check. I think there's collusion. Be careful guys. His real name is Ronald Lais. He was convicted before.

We made an honest mistake and showed up on the wrong date for our passport appointment. We had already taken the day off from work and school specifically for this appointment, so we were understandably worried and disappointed that we might have to reschedule and lose another day. Fortunately, one appointment did not show up, and Ralph went above and beyond by kindly accommodating us. What could have been a very stressful and frustrating experience turned into a positive one because of his compassion and professionalism. A couple of weeks ago I went to this AAA office for the first time to take care of a car title…read moretransfer. I went on a Saturday and did not know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. The representative that I initially spoke to when I walked into the office was very pleasant and provided me with the information that I needed along with an ETA on how long it would be to see someone. It was only five minutes that I had to wait and the person who assisted me with the car title transfer was very nice. I had a very good first time experience at this office and would go again in the future.

Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me, Gina, showed little interest in helping. Instead of addressing my questions, she made unrelated comments and seemed more focused on asserting her authority than providing service. As a result, I left her counter without receiving any meaningful assistance. On my way out, I spoke with the woman who initially checked me in. In contrast, she was very helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and provided the support I was expecting. I also shared my concerns about my earlier interaction with her.
