They estimated the work would take 8 to 10 weeks, and somehow returned them to me in just 5 weeks. Faster than the Kessel Run and twice as satisfying. The boots came back cleaned, refreshed, and looking incredible while keeping all the hard earned character they built over the years. The new soles make a huge difference. They are more comfortable, have excellent grip, and feel like the boots leveled up without losing their identity. This is what proper craftsmanship looks like. A majority of my purchases usually come from the huge clearance area. I just love a great deal. The store is clean, massive - well stocked and organized. If I find anything I like, and for some reason they don't have my size, they can order it and get it in the store or mailed to me directly with no extra charge(s). As I keep my review short and sweet, I can only say that I hope this location never moves or closes. I would be very bummed out if that were the case. It's super close to my house and easy to get to. Even if I could still order online, it's not the same as seeing and trying on the shoes in person. Many large chain stores (brick and mortar) are starting to consolidate their locations and opting for more online sales. That really wouldn't work for a shoe store. I always receive friendly, knowledgeable and helpful customer service every time I go too.
