I can't recommend this company highly enough!!! We needed some work on our circuit breakers, requested a quote on Yelp and received a response within 20 mins that included 2 windows they could come by THAT DAY... on a Saturday... on a holiday weekend. They arrived on time, and sent a text to give me a heads up when they were on the way. The work was completed in 20 mins, & Noel explained what he was doing before installing new parts. Very unprofessional. Gave me a quote in May to replace the house's electrical panel. They said it would take 10-12 hours and accepted a deposit to lock in the price for a September date (I didn't want to be without power in the heat of the summer). Then the week before the scheduled day, they asked to come over again to "take measurements". I told them I was working but my husband was home to talk with them. First they shut off the power without any advance notice while I was in an important meeting. I lost my internet access and could not log back in for 10 minutes while I waited for the modem/router to reboot, all while my colleagues had no idea why I was missing. When I complained to the electrician that he should have given me a heads up that he was going to flip switches, he started walking away saying he would refund my deposit because it he didn't want to do the work anymore because I was upset. I really wanted the work done so I had to beg him not to walk away. Second, he finished his "measurements" and then told my husband it would be more expensive than what was quoted because it is so complicated. How is it more complicated than when they first looked at it and gave me the quote?! Third, I asked them back in May if they could bring a generator to keep my fridge and freezer running for the 12 hours I would be without power (something another electrician who came to quote had offered). Tonight, the night before the scheduled appointment, they called to say their generator was not strong enough and I could only plug in one appliance. I asked them to bring a generator 4 months ago when I made the deposit and they wait until tonight to tell me? I again commented that they could have given me more of a heads up than the night before but I agreed to only plug in my chest freezer (full of frozen food) to the generator. So I'm a little frustrated but I am looking forward to getting the job done tomorrow. Then I happen to look at my email and there is an email from them with a refund of my deposit and a cancellation of the job! Was today all just a ploy to cancel the jo because they gave me a low quote? read more

This is one of the moments when you wish there were twenty stars or more! I live in Arlington and went on Yelp looking for recommendations to change outlets in a single family home.
