No clue why they didn't bother to contact me about their findings

Long story short: DOCCS told me I didn't have any fractures when I actually did. 2 months later and I just found out. I fell on my arm back in March and immediately got it checked to see if I had any fractures. They took X Rays and Dr. Marumoto specifically told me "good news, there are no fractures". He then told me to merely ice it and keep it in a sling. They discharged me without giving me papers, which I found odd. My range of motion has never recovered and weight bearing activities still hurt, so I went back to pick up an X-ray copy for my orthopedic appointment this week. I read the paper and it turns out I had a radial fracture this entire time. Who knows what damage may have resulted from 2 months on inadequate treatment; I believed my elbow was sprained the entire time and treated it accordingly. Absolutely insane that there was this much negligence from this practice. I will update the review according to how they make up for their error

Here is the APRN I was seen by.

Honestly do not visit this place. As a nurse I am extremely sad on how I was treated at this facility. I had the decency to call and ask if I could come in at 8:30PM because they closed at 9:00PM. Once I arrived I paid $120, waited patiently for my turn, and then the blonde nurse (can not recall her name) began taking my vitals and asking questions. At some point she stated in a rude tone: " I'll ask the questions and you answer so I can get out of here". I was surprised at how she spoke to me considering I'm a nurse to and never have I treated a patient like shit. In less than 5 minutes she apologized stating, "It's a long day, many patients showed late". I don't have nothing to do with that. You chose the wrong field and I feel sorry for your patients. The APRN Alan J. Spindler was also rude. Stating why I waited until so late to come get seen... Im filing a report with the BBB. Hopefully if you decide to go they treat you like a decent human being and with compassion.

Scary ..stay alive stay away . Worse doctor IV every seen . I think if I did not run away I would be dead . Some super fat lady Dr was crazy just kept talking about something I did not have or care about . Refuse to hook me up with a heart doctor... I almost died .

Had to go here as a last minute for what I thought was an eye infection which turned out to be just an irritant to my eye . The receptionist Robin was so pleasant I was really not feeling well and she was just so kind . I was seen within 2 hours which wasn't bad as there was other people before me . The doctor thou I did not get her name was awesome. She really has a pleasant manner and apologized for the wait . I really appreciated take the time with me and called in my prescription within minutes of me leaving. Please note it was on a Sunday afternoon thank God I was seen without waiting hours . My insurance didn't cover the office visit but I was expecting it to be much more than what I paid of course no one wants to have to come out of pocket but I'm grateful to have been seen .

Spend A couple of bucks and get an outlet cover.

The PA referred me to specialists he trusts in the area, which we may not need, but is good to know.

I've been a patient of Dr. Dietz for over three years. The doctor himself is excellent, and the PA…read morehas also been great to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with the office management has been extremely disappointing. The office manager, Julie, has been consistently unprofessional and rude. I have personally witnessed and experienced her raising her voice at patients over the phone, abruptly hanging up, and responding in a hostile way to basic billing questions. At one point, it felt like patients were being discouraged--or even threatened with discharge--simply for asking for clarification. What's most concerning is the lack of accountability. When trying to escalate concerns, I was told there is no one above her to speak with, which makes resolving issues nearly impossible. It's unfortunate because the medical care itself is good, but the front office experience significantly impacts the overall level of care. Due to these ongoing issues, we are in the process of filing a complaint with the medical board. I would strongly recommend considering other options until these management concerns are addressed.

Somehow my review over on Google of this place was removed (most of them are probably fake anyway),…read morebut I do have a right to a voice as a consumer and a patient,so here it goes. So I went to Dr. Ditz (real name BTW) roughly 8-9 months ago to get a script for a medication I periodically need as well to address a rash on my face that I thought could be something serious. He seemed nice enough, but looked at my rash for 5 seconds and said that it was basically a cosmetic blemish and then tries to upsell his facial laser service. He prescribed an antibiotic "just it case" it was something serious, but was rather dismissive of the whole affair. I unfortunately took him at face value. I went to a couple more sessions at Ditz's with a full rash breakout and they kept on telling me it was de facto just spider veins, gave me a masking cream, said just give it time. Welp, found out months later that it turned out to be a fairly concerning allergic reaction to something that was promptly addressed by a competent dermatologist, and it cleared up in a few days. So forgive me if I can't decide if it's incompetence or negligence that I was dealing with here. Also, regarding my medication, it was one that I was told I had to take a monthly drug test for in Florida (that turned out to be not true). I got my paper script (unnecessary as well) for that, but then turns out, months later, I get a call from a mediator with my insurance company and he informs he that Ditz's office was trying to charge me over $1200 for the standard urine test I took....I know people gotta make a profit, but that markup is bats**t. The mediator actually advised I file a complaint attorney general if the insurance didnt cover the cost, which thankfully it did. I should mention the customer service as well: the worst I have ever experienced, anywhere, ever. No basic instructions on anything from the PAs, and when I asked a simple question, the front desk lady barked at me to wait my turn...and their waiting room was literally empty... I imagine because all their former patients didn't want to deal with that BS. Completely unwarranted and unprofessional. On the subsequent visits, the PA's exhibited really passive aggressive behavior, like holding the blood pressure cuff on purposefully too long (yeah, I noticed...) and speaking to me like I'm an imbecile. Trust me, I'm not the one who looked stupid :-D Oh yeah, and the Google review I left previously? Well, they decided to send me a cute letter stating, in their signature passive aggressive fashion, that they would no longer serve me because of it. Several other reviewers mentioned this happening to them as well. I found an old school doctor close-by that treats his patients with a basic level of respect, which is all I asked for in the first place. Overall, pretty surreal in how awful the entire experience at this place was. In my personal opinion, there's something really suspicious going on if a business openly lets its staff act like that towards patients...it's like they're not really selling health and wellness. Oh well, karma will catch up to them one of these days...
