While I had great customer service by Tim in the store the aftermath was not so great. Got my furniture delivered 3 weeks after purchase, that's fine no big deal but they shattered my storm door when they delivered the furniture. It has been over 2 months and they still have not replaced it! First time here as I had never been to Dock 86 before. I needed to use bathroom and was directed to Hom furniture Right by the free cookies. I basically just walked around and looked at Cute home decor. I was asked twice if I needed help. At least I was acknowledged. The Prices were high and they had clearance on citronella candles which I didnt need. My friend asked me what Dock 86 meant I just said when they 86 something on a menu they clear it. I assume this is Hom Furniture's clearance as it is connected to their store. They bake cookies on site and are free along with fountain pop, Apple juice and water. I didnt buy anything but just killed time and now I can say I shopped at Dock 86. read more

**Clown Show Alert ** Our experience with this company was so bad it's impossible to put into words. After waiting for weeks on end to get our BLUE couch delivered, we took a day off of work and they delivered the wrong COLOR, A GRAY couch. No biggie, right? Stuff happens. They took it back, called management and we were assured they would make it right and credited our delivery fee and promised to send the correct one out right away. Awesome! Believe it or not, after taking another day off work for the replacement delivery, when the replacement couch arrived, guess what color it was. GRAY! This time everyone from the delivery guys to the warehouse worker tried to convince us the GRAY couch they delivered was actually BLUE to which my wife responded by bringing down our GRAY ottoman from the chair of the exact same style that we purchased earlier to literally point out to the delivery workers that the BLUE couch they delivered was indeed GRAY. They finally agreed and took it back. They promised to "look into the situation" and said a "technician" would look at the couch and call us back. Which he did and advised us the GRAY couch would eventually "turn blue" over time and that was indeed the correct couch. We then called the store we purchased it from and told them our dilemma and they said they'd look into it as well and make sure we got our BLUE couch. TODAY we went into the store to make further arrangements to get our BLUE couch The sales guy checked the computer and ALL 14 BLUE couches in their system were marked damaged thus confirming our ongoing claims they had mismarked inventory and were delivering the wrong couch. While at the store we also noticed that the floor model of the BLUE couch, we purchased was marked sold.Wanna guess what that means? It means they SOLD the only BLUE couch they had to someone else after charging our credit card, holding our money while we waited, delivering the wrong couch TWICE with 2 missed days of work, lying about the color, trying to convince us to keep the wrong couch, and running us around for over a month. This place is a disaster on wheels. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!! read more

Great customer service, great selection but! We purchased a $1,000 leather sofa but within 14 months the finish on the leather was discoloring where we sit! We have finally learned our lesson not to throw away money on cheap Chinese crap! Don't know how many times it takes to learn that but it won't happen again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This store is cool. Awesome, unique decor and furniture. I have been to this location a number of times and i am always greeted and offered help frequently and they aren't pushy leaches like your typical furniture store. Call me crazy but it seems that prices have gone up in the last year. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life -- and I have worked in customer service for many years. We bought a couch November 1st and it only came with half of the legs. They told me they would ship them to me and we would have the rest of the legs by the end of November. Then they pushed it back to December 15th now they are saying the end of December. (Keep in mind we have had to call each time and ASK where they are and when we will get them). We have been sitting on a lopsided couch for TWO MONTHS now! Their communication has been unacceptable and they have not cared whatsoever that this has been a huge inconvenience. read more

I have been in this particular store several times and always had a good experience. However they have now permanently lost my business after a sales person who was inches away from a sale started insulting my kids behavior. Yes I admit they were a little hyper and running around but they were excited about buying new furniture and being part of the process. However they are still kids and they were being kind of annoying. Instead of ignoring them or engaging them this particular sales person kept commenting on how he couldn't believe how patient I was and recommended we purchase cheaper furniture since clearly my kids were going to destroy anything we bought.... he also advised that we don't even bother going into the main store to look because we would be wasting our time and money. Obviously he does not have children of his own or has he been around many.... needless to say I left and went to Ashley Furniture and bought more expensive furniture from them, where our salesman was quite accommodating and even engaged my kids and made them part of the process. I will never go back to Dock 86 in Rogers. read more
