Customer focused: Joe and Dianne were very accommodating to work around all of our schedules for our particular needs. They invested a lot of time with the kids, were patient, gave them great learning tasks and were very positive. Both kids loved them. Joe is an excellent instructor. Flexible: When I found out that I didn't have quite the same certification as I thought, they accommodated us with a very tight schedule graciously so I could get everything in and dive with the rest of the family on the trip. Expertise: As others have reviewed, the merchandise may be more expensive than online, but if you spend an hour with someone knowledgeable getting the right gear, should that expertise be free and the items sold at cost? If you want cheap and to figure it out yourself, go to Amazon. I've used them for years to maintain and store my 30 foot express cruiser. They have both a boat ramp and a travel lift that can lift boats far larger than mine. They have many boat slips. I highly recommend them: they really know boats (of all different kinds), the staff is highly experienced and hard-working, they've been here forever (this is a multi-generational family business) and they have been very kind to me. Took a trip out on July 7, 2024 with Captain Kip and he coordinated a great day of fishing for us…read more You can tell Captain Kip is extremely knowledgeable and really loves what he does. His main priority is getting you hooked onto fish and making the experience as enjoyable as possible. We caught a good variety of fish on our trip including big King Salmon (biggest of the day was 18-20 lbs), Brown Trout, and a big Lake Trout (around 20 lbs or so). We were also lucky enough to catch a beautiful small Atlantic Salmon that we safely released. Highlight of the trip was the big king salmon and lake trout that that gave a good 30-45 minute fight that really tested our physical limits. There were several instances where we were doubled/tripled up, and we had a blast. Highly recommend, we will certainly be returning in the future.

The on demand spot, of course we are hoping they are biding the rules and regulations plus license through the State of New York. Also, at a very low scale I have only scene one fish hook that was in the trees that was removed. The Park Ave Bridge! Still works great for the boat travels or for those who hike up and down the stairs! This year, the Riverie has come out to Brockport to offer trips a long the canal în the month of May. Before COVID-19, the Glass of Corning Museum made a trip over. One of my favorite places to walk here year-round! Folks are welcome to read books, go kayaking, and boating. This area did host the 2024 Solar eclipse. People are welcome to cookout and go fishing too. This area does host the bicycling along the Erie canal. Plus if you feel like watching educational work being done in 2023 and 2024 Main Street bridge being worked on. Back in the hay days there used to be a yoga exercise class. Besides kayaking, people can also take a traveling boat here, and sailor boats as well! Before COVID, the Corning Museum of Glass made a boat tour here! I advised WomanTours I could not participate due to painful sciatica and physical limitations, and they refunded the cost of my rental bike for $195, then offered to refund 15% of my payment for the tour. This was unsatisfactory as I asked for a full refund or a credit towards a future tour. WomanTours' tour specialists and tour director were unreasonable in not refunding my tour cost or offering me a credit, when I had a valid medical reason for cancelling. Do not book a tour with them for their unreasonable policies!
