Toyota of Vineland treated me with the most respect and courtesy. Toyota of Turnersville - too pushy and too cocky. Holman Toyota - gave me the impression that they just wanted to make a sale as quickly as possible and move on to the next one. The salesman I dealt with, Toby, was down to earth and honest. It was a busy day at the dealership (end of the month sale) and Toby made sure that he knew I was still there even though I wasn't the only customer he was dealing with. His sales manager, CJ, was very accommodating and gave me all the time I needed to thoroughly think about the purchase. Once I made the decision to buy, I was told I could return later in the day to sign the paperwork since I would be waiting for hours if I stayed. I came back at the time they told me everything would be ready and they were true to their word. I did not have to wait once I arrived and signing the paperwork took all of twenty minutes. Toby and CJ both worked hard to make the sale happen and I am very happy and satisfied with my new 4Runner and the price I paid for it. It was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I haven't dealt with their service department yet, but I will update my review when I do.
