Richard Decolli best sales guy ever! Patient and efficient !! From beginning to end! Local. Courtesy!

Notice the scratches in the leather and the patterned tears towards the bottom.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car (2018 Altima SR) for an oil change on 12/31/19 at 1:30pm. I picked up my car from the dealer and I found that the leather on the steering wheel and blamed me for it. Why the hell would I damage my own steering wheel? They said that the deep tears are from normal wear and tear (I owned the car since new for just over a year) which is absolute nonsense. They told me they would report to Nissan's corporate office and see what they say. Let me tell you, THEY DAMAGED MY CAR AND REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. STAY AWAY FROM TEAM NISSAN AND TAKE THE DRIVE TO TURNERSVILLE OR WOODBURY.

Found Team Nissan of Vineland Nj through Car Gurus during my car search. I called them a few hours before I came since I was driving from out of state .Issac said he would have both models ready for me to look at. When I arrived Issac was there but was unavailable to help and had to wait for another salesman to help. Esaias pretty nice at first both cars of course wasn't ready had to go to the lot to find it so that i could test drive it. Finally when it was time to negotiate a deal. That was stressful they failed to tell us about the 1.9 at first they said they didn't offer that then when we pulled it up online they all in a sudden said they offer it. lack of knowledge coming from amateur salesman at this dealership. Reached out to the dealership on Monday and told them that i would be coming back to purchase the car that I wanted. And to please have it ready. Once again driving from out of state It took me about 1:45 to get there you think that the car would be ready. Finally in the process of paperwork Esaias my salesman at the time was really unprofessional. Once credit got approved it was all done for him no thank you for your service no rundown on the vehicle completely ridiculous and unprofessional Not even a goodbye. I finished up my paperwork with Gary which he was a nice guy probably the only decent person at that dealership. Finally as I get into my car halfway down the road i realized no car mats and a empty tank. Plus dealership paint still on my window I was baffled that this dealership would have the audacity .the next day i called and spoke to Jim he said he would he would take care of it all when i came back to pick up my tags . Finally the time has come temporary plates are expired called them up at first the person I spoke to said she didn't see them in the system yet so they did not arrive.and that she will have someone reach out to me before the day was over finally spoke to Don he said that he would have someone deliver my mats and tags to my home the next day. all in a sudden my stuff was there after they said they didn't see it in the system Next day I get a phonecall and they say that my mats will be delivered to my home personally but now the tags would be fed ex to me next business day. So Don clearly lied to me. I asked them what am i going to do if I get pulled over driving with expired temporary plates they said they weren't going to pay if i had gotten a ticket and on top of that the car mats that they personally delivered to me of course they were the wrong ones. I also inquired about my gas reimbursement for the empty tank. Don offered me a $20.00 electronic giftcard fo if I were to give them a good online rating 20 bucks wouldn't even give me a full tank. Worst dealership i have ever had to deal with . Very incompetent not happy with the services provided. They need to revamp the whole team . Finally reached back out to Don after not returning my call for a week . He told me that that CPO cars certified pre owned do not come with car matts knor do they put a full tank of gas in CPO gas. He says coming from someone who worked at a dealership for over 14 years says I should of got a WE OWE from Jim one of the sales managers that I was in contact with at the time when i got my vehicle last month. Jim is no longer there.

We just brought home our new Truck !!! Thanks to Team Nissan . They helped us get the one we wanted at the price that can't be beat . The people there are always nice and we are never rushed , and you can believe me this is a chore for them because my husband is very hard of hearing and instead of saying he didn't hear something he will ask the same questions again and again . LOL They are always very pleasant and answered him every time until he gets it . Thanks again for being the car dealership that we will always deal with.Roe & Joe

He is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on helping you make the right decision rather than just making a sale. From the first conversation to the final paperwork, Rob made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the features of the car clearly, and never pressured me into the sale. His commitment to customers even after the sale is wonderful. After purchasing my first car from him at Vineland Hyundai, I did not hesitate to return to Rob after I totaled my car hitting a deer. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction and will go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy, I highly recommend asking for Rob Hartley at Vineland Hyundai. I definitely will go see him again for my next purchase in a few years.

Months later, I got a flat in a different tire and had to pay to have it entirely replaced. I just discovered an air leak in my other, 3rd tire. Then today, a complete flat in my fourth tire. None of the other drivers in my family have had a single issue with their tires, nor any friends who drive the same areas as myself. I drive carefully and am aware on the roads. Issues with ALL FOUR tires in 1.5 years is NOT normal. I will never, ever consider owning a Hyundai after this. I received attitude on the phone when calling looking for a resolution. The car was given to me this way and now I will be out hundreds of dollars due to incompetence and poor management.

FYI I gave them 1 star because zero was not an option!…read more I ordered a new a car from them, sale rep was super nice, but Jay the sales manager not so much. The first issue was the price they quoted over price over the phone using a military discount ($500 on a $60K car), but never asked if I was in the military and never told me that was built into the price. The only reason I got the original price is because I stood up and left, literally got in my car before they came out and stopped me from leaving, agreeing to the original price. The second issue was with the title. I ordered the car and waited for it to arrive. The day after arrived the manager was asking me to come close the deal as it was the last two days of the month. I am in sales, so I understood why. The car arrive two weeks early so just to help them out, I had to run to the bank from they closed to pick up a check and drive an 75 minutes to get the car that night as our anniversary was the next day 9/30, so not an option. When we arrive they ask us to sign a power of attorney so they could do the paperwork the next day 9/30 as they did not have a finance manger there to do the paperwork that night. If you recall I ordered the car but we had my wife purchase the car., by mistake they titled the vehicle in my name and processed the loan check in my wife's name. The bank will not accept the title being in a different name than the loan. I called them and informed them of the mistake, but they would not help at all, simple said it was our mistake. I offered to pay the cost of the new title if they would file it. The title costs $70 but to get someone to do it at a title company costs $200-$300. The manager still said no it was not his faught. I called back the next day after looking at all the paperwork, only to see that they did everything in my wife's name except the title and they still would do none. I would never buy a car from them again. If you want to sell cars then have a complete staff on hands. If you want to close deals at the end of the month have a complete staff on hand. If you make a mistake own up to it ands even if you did not, you still offer customer service when it cost you zero dollars. This is my 3rd jeep and I will buy a 4th, but no way I would ever buy one from here again!

That evening when I reported it to my insurance company they tried to send me to a national body shop chain known for working cheap but doing work that is poor and sometimes dangerous. Some years ago I had work done by AutoTech Collision on Delsea Drive and they did an excellent job so I insisted on taking my Telluride there. Dean Sr. and his sons not only did a great job on my car, they helped me understand how insurance companies work today. Trust me, if your car has been damaged, that is critical to know. AutoTech either handled all that stuff or coached me so I made no mistakes. I got my car back last week and it looks and drives just like it was before the accident. Actually, maybe a little better because I think AutoTech detailed the whole car, not just the RF. The steering wheel is straight, the car tracks properly, it looks new and, most importantly in today's world, all the complex electronics work. I highly recommend Autotech Collision.

This review is not regarding quality of work, but more regarding estimates. I had an incident with…read morea new vehicle. I found Autotech decided to give them a call given that their reviews were outstanding. During the call I explained what had happened and one of the first things that came out of their mouth was "if you are looking for cheap...". Obviously I wanted the a job done the right way and for the vehicle to look new again so still entertained their services. I explained I planned to pay out of pocket as I thought it wouldn't be out of this world even for decent dent with scratched along the front passenger door. I went through the process of shooting the pictures and submitting them through their platform. I get a call back from them and when they said they needed to replace the whole door, my jaw dropped. The door was fully operational, window came up and down, the sensor for the bling spot came on timely, mirror was intact, the speaker working and spacing between the front panel and the door was not to large nor small. The dent was at the bottom of the door and half of the damage was a part made out of plastic at the bottom of the door. The gentleman that called me said I was going to "spend well beyond $5,000, more like $8,000 or $9,000 and probably $10,000". My heart dropped and as the conversation previous about it not being cheap put me in doubt about out-of-pocket I engaged the insurance even before getting the "guestimate" of anywhere between $8,000 to $10,000. My insurance quoted the work at $1,500 which usually insurances low ball, but usually there wouldn't be a difference of $8,500 as a max. I asked what were the next steps to get an official quote since they only had seen pictures and thought they needed to see it in-person. He said I don't give official quotes. You bring it in we disassemble and let the insurance know what the real cost is. I would be out of a car for potentially several months and would use all my rental allowance and more. As I usually like to keep vendors/contractors honest I always go for several other quotes. To find 2 other places with great reviews and word from a friend who put his more than $100k car in the hands of a specific shop that was incredibly lower than Autotech. I also ran the pictures through several AI models who yielded results with cost very similar to the 2 other shops who quoted me. The one the AI models said that anything above $5,000 should be challenged and that even with a door replacement it should be remotely close to $8,000. So the 1 start review is for not seeing the car personally to do a better assessment rather than solely pictures, for not offering an actual quote at the best of their abilities as other shops who always give the disclaimer "it may be more once we formally look into it" but at least a ballpark that makes sense. Also, the first appointment to leave the car was weeks after. In the end I decided to go with a shop that was certified for the make and model of my car and also had a relationship with the dealership I bought my car from. They took my car in the same day I brought it to be assessed. I only used 3 weeks of my rental allowance and costed $4,000 for the full repair. But the best of all, nobody who knew I had an accident but had not seen the car could pinpoint where the car was damaged. It is virtually impossible to identify the damaged areas. The job was a door skin replacement, paint and blend aside from other minor details. No component inside the door was damaged... lastly, the maintenance light turned on a few days before the accident, this other shop took the car to the dealership I bought the car from and had it serviced for me before I picked it up. My point, I don't doubt Autotech earned their reviews but the estimate process and pricing based on word of mouth will always be suspicious to me. ALWAYS engage other shops for comparison, ask for a written estimate and go for reasonably priced high quality repairs. I always go for high quality, but there's a difference between the cost of high quality and simply exaggerated.
