First, my shower drain had gone from "slow" to "stop" and with company in town I certainly didn't want us all sharing a bathroom. Second, an outside spigot was continuously running and sending my water bill into the triple-digits. After being stood-up by another handyman, James and his crew came out on a snowy night and worked overtime to efficiently correct both problems. They were courteous, communicative, and happy to share a few "pro tips" that we'll employ next time we have a serious bathroom drain clog.
