The quote was more reasonable than other large contractors we got quotes from. The scheduling was difficult and communication wasn't the best, but the work was high quality and they understand what the custom wants is important. George is a great guy and one of the best contractors I have worked with. The whole project went by pretty quick, about a week. We had some follow ups about some items that weren't done exactly how we wanted, but George was very responsive in fixing the fence and working with us. They even came out after we removed the tree going through the fence and replaced a post and few panels for free. They might be slightly unreliable, but George was much more reasonable (price and job wise) than the other options. Would definitely recommend.

After two missed appointments with the owner George simply forgetting about me, I told him (as a joke) that he would have to change the company name. Turns out it was not a joke. I have never dealt with a more disorganized company. They said repeatedly they would show up and then didn't and I'd have to call to get them back forthe next part of the job. As for the workmanship, I would call it average, so the product does not make up for the delays. There a few small things left undone after two months, but I was fed up and just paid the invoice. I am another of George's ghosted unsatisfied customers.

To save both parties the time and resources all details were provided about the project and I even offered someone to be onsite if their rep really needs to see the project, but they just stopped responding after the initial message. Their pride is their "14 week lead time" something they boast very loudly. Honestly, it's actually a sign of failure somewhere within the organization, and signals mismanagement and incompetence. Perhaps you should consider hiring more employees.
