I respect nurse practitioners and physician assistants and appreciate the important role they play in healthcare. However, when I'm seeking medical treatment, I prefer to see a physician. At StatMD, you see a doctor who is knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to make informed treatment decisions based on the patient's condition and history. I can not rate any of the other providers at this group because I always see Dr Dragonetti !! She made so many mistakes I spoke with her supervisor Josie Ann Polusso and she assured me she would follow up. Now 3 months later, I received a letter of acceptance but when I contacted U.H. For my I.d. Card they told me I was not in the system and would have to reapply. The supervisor does not return my calls and I requested that U.h. Investigate what happened with my application which contains my social security number, etc., they promised to investigate and call back with the status but instead I received a call from an agent that was not informed of my problem and is only interested in the commission he gets from filling out another application. In the mean time my medical bills are piling up. There is no follow through with this company and if there is a problem, your on your own.

I've called and been outsourced to some random agent multiple times. Nobody at the actual Clinic picks up the phone. Finally I get in touch with a Dr who is actively researching how to help me while we are STILL ON THE PHONE. HE then proceeds to prescribe one of the most potent, potentially dangerous antibiotic knowing FULL well how risky it is given my medical history... I researched the drug myself and it says "reserve as a last resort antibiotic" why the **** are you giving me such dangerous high grade meds for something simple??
