Stopped in to check on my hand which I injured skiing while in Steamboat Springs. My regular physician was on vacation so I preferred an immediate looksee rather than wait for his return or the on call Doctor since I was leaving to return to Colorado Monday. Within 10 minutes of coming in the door, I was checked in and taken to an exam room where a nurse took my history and info about what I needed checked. The Doctor came about 15 minutes later, did the exam and ordered a booster of antibiotic to combat the minor infection that was part of the injury. In conversation I discovered his wife runs the kids ski school at Snowmass and was back in Dayton for a few days so we compared the snow conditions there and at Steamboat where I spend most of the ski season. They had me wait about ten minutes after the injection to check for any adverse reaction and I was on my way without wfurther ado. Great place for minor medical attention when you need a quick check or medical attention. read more

I had an emergency needing to see a doctor. I asked the rep at the front desk if they are in the cigna network, they said they accept cigna. I said are you in network or out of neteork? They want me to wait in line l, fill out the paper work, before they can check. I asked again, if she is for sure if they are in or out network, after I do all that procedures. She backed out saying she is not sure even after she checks. She gave me round around answer, not willing to even bother to look up., changed her answer each time when I asked the same question. She was so rude all these time. This is a terrible urgent care. Do not use their services. read more

I woke up with a a sore very swollen throat, so swollen I had a had time swallowing and even breathing while laying down. So I went to urgent care, it was slow so I was seen right away, but the doctor came in and told me I didn't have strep mostly likely it was a viral infection. She said she was going to give me 2 prescriptions one for the swelling, which was the most important to me, and one for pain. When I was leaving they handed me discharge papers but no prescriptions, so I asked about it, she went and spoke to the doctor and cane back with a prescription for Tylenol. So here I sit 5 hours later debating on going to the ER because the swelling has gotten worse. read more

Eyvette R. Very extremely rude! I walked to the counter to sign in, and the girl behind the counter loudly asks "and what are you here for today?". I couldn't believe how loud she was as if I was going to answer and have everyone in my private health business. I stated to her that I was there for a private health concern that I was not about to blurt out, especially when I had to sign in, write reason for my visit on the paper, and she could have read it. I would have had to yell it through the glass just for her to hear. When she asked, the people in the lobby were looking. This girl rudely shook her had at me and rolled her eyes, smacking her lips. Just rude and unprofessional.No way I could have stated my private health matter without everyone knowing. I ask to speak to her boss. Her boss then comes over rude saying,"hey you dont have a right to be rude to my friend. you must sign in and write your reason down." Just automatically starts lashing at me very unprofessionally in front of everyone. I had no problem signing in writing down anything. My problem was when the girl behind the desk was wanting me to yell out my reason for wanting to see the doctor. That's not the people in the lobby's business. Anyway, they continue to rudely talk to me, and I am reporting them to every agency possible for lack of professional and attempting to violate my privacy. I've had nothing but good experiences at this office. I find the staff friendly and they're always apologetic about having to ask for payment up front. The weekend and late hours have helped me out in a pinch many times. Every time I've visited, I've received a follow up phone call a day or two later asking how I'm doing. How great is that? I love that I'm able to pick up my prescription right in the office sometimes. That saves me from another stop at the pharmacy when I'm already not feeling well. All in all, I'm quite happy with the clinic. read more

Do not go here at this time. The Corona situation is being handled incredibly poorly. They stuff a 20'x30' waiting room with way too many potentially COVID-19 positive patients. They make everyone wear a mask which is good, but you'll be within 3' of multiple people. Also, they say to get there at 8:30am so you can get a test right away. I did and it's currently 10:45am and I'm still not even close to getting seen. Also, there's been a baby crying the entire time. This is what I imagine hell to be like. I would rather lose my pinky toe on both feet than experience this again. I'm actually losing my mind here: I mean, I'm writing a Yelp review on a GD urgent care. read more

I needed an urgent care while out of town, and was directed to this place by my insurance company. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I even has the option of getting my meds there. They didn't accept insurance for the on-site meds, but the $30 charge for two meds was reasonable and saved me the hassle of trying to locate a 24-hour pharmacy. If I needed an urgent care in Dayton again, I would return to this place. read more

I went here one snowy Saturday morning in February (sorry can't remember the date). I am from out of town and was nervous going in here. The front desk lady was nice and polite. I did not have to wait long. There were like 2-3 people in front of me and I maybe waited 15 mins max. I had been dealing with an awful cough, post nasal drip and fatigue for months. The young doctor (can't remember his name either), actually diagnosed me correctly with acid reflux. While it may seem like something so little his observations made a world of difference! Of course I did not believe him at first but he was soooooooo right. I'm so grateful that he cared and asked the right questions. Thank you I would go back. read more

I took my granddaughter to Urgent Care on North Main Street in Dayton Ohio at approximately 7:25 PM. Their listing says they are open until 8 pm. They told her they could not x-ray her injured finger or do anything other than look at it because it was so late. I was really surprised and agitated. They had 35 minutes to treat her and there was no one else even in there waiting for treatment. I found it very uncaring and unprofessional. We will not be going back there again! I would not suggest going there. read more

Urgent care open till 10 good and helpful. I got lucky and it wasn't busy so got back in like 5 min. I'm not sure what the other person's talking about with Cigna insurance sounds like they are just broke. They help me out and even have me my prescription when I was there so I didn't have to run to the pharmacy. read more

If you are truly sick, this is not the place to come to. First they will lie about wait time, secondly there is no triage. It should not be classified as urgent care since it was mostly physicals and drug testing. Doesn't matter if you are sick, you wait in line. We waited for more than four hours. read more

I came in today because my entire face was swollen and I was having a difficult time breathing. I filled out all the paperwork and then the lady at the front desk rudely told me that they wouldn't be able to see me because I didn't have my insurance card on me. Seriously? I was having a serious allergic reaction and couldn't breathe but they wouldn't see me because I didn't have my insurance card. That's pathetic. read more

I avoid urgent cares like the plague but I had a miserable sinus and ear infection and couldn't get in with my GP. I had a short wait; the staff and doctor were great. Got the antibiotics and note for work I needed and was back in my bed in no time. Thanks! read more

Over prescribes harmful medication with little consideration. After coming in with asthma for a breathing treatment I was prescribed prednisone 60 mg a day, a strong steroid. Thank goodness I did my research, this has serious side affects!!! I took one 20 mg pill that night and one the next morning. And of course I still can't sleep. My symptoms did not call for the amount of medication I was prescribed. Even the nurses were commenting on all the meds. This Dr. doesn't care about the harm caused by playing god with meds by over treating. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I don't know where this organization gets their doctors but they are not only incompetent but bordering on dangerous. The Dr. I saw last week was not only incomplete in his examination (very cursory - I was coughing and had a fever and he did not even listen to my lungs!) but essentially guessed at what he thought my problem was. I knew there was no way his "guess" was correct, so I went to my regular physician the next day and he confirmed that the dr. at Urgent Care was wrong and based his diagnosis on basically looking at me. By the way, his diagnosis was quite scary and could have been life threatening had it been correct. To make matters worse, I asked my regular physician to run some tests on me to make sure the Urgent Care dr. was incorrect which he did and sure enough, the tests came back negative. So, I paid $50 for a diagnosis that was incorrect and worrisome and then paid additional money to make sure he was incorrect. This is not the first incident I've had with this organization. I had an ear infection years ago that they told me was TMJ. They did not prescribe any antibiotics and subsequently my eardrum burst to such an extent that I had to have surgery. Obviously it was a different dr. but it speaks to the quality of the drs. that this company chooses to hire. Never again........ STAY AWAY!!! read more
