For the past week, I've called multiple times a day (10+ times between Monday and Wednesday at different hours) and have not been able to get through to anyone. The voicemail box is full, so I can't even leave a message. At this point, I can't tell if the office is still operating. This is extremely frustrating and concerning, especially for patients who rely on timely communication for their health. Reliable communication is the bare minimum expectation for a medical practice, and unfortunately, this office is falling far short. I guess I'll have to find a new doctor that responds.

The nurses are great…read more I did want to mention that when you go for weight loss shots and if you receive red shots then you are not taking only Semaglutide or tirzepatide you are taking B12 somewhere in the mix. They have no right to make their own Compounds such as mixing B12 with semaglutide. That's truly considered a pharmaceutical scam. I believe if you do tirzepatide at their office, which is the more expensive one your shot should be clear and that would be okay. I was recommended to go here by one of my friends who mentioned that she started on the cheaper shot, which was the Semaglutide and that it didn't work for her but the reason why it didn't work is because it's mixed with B12 and you don't really know how much you really are getting of the actual Semaglutide. I do not recommend going there for that reason.

I am immunocompromised and have lupus, asthma, heart issues, so respiratory illnesses are especially serious for me. I had to call back multiple times to get this corrected. When I arrived at CVS, there were only two prescriptions available. I had to call back again to find out what happened to the cough syrup, and was told it had been sent at the same time. Ultimately, I was told to use over-the-counter cough syrup instead. I'm not a doctor, but I've been dealing with serious health problems since I was 23, and I know what has worked for me in the past. 875 mg Augmentin has consistently treated my sinus infections, and I usually receive cough syrup with codeine. During this visit, my biggest issue was severe rib pain from constant coughing, and I felt that concern was not taken seriously. Overall, I was not pleased with the care I received. Please listen more carefully to your patients, especially those with chronic and complex medical conditions.

She was told that they could not (or would not) write an order for a shoulder MRI. They suggested that she go to Direct Orthopedic Care instead. However, there was no refund of her payment. The front desk person should have been upfront that they do not do outside imaging referrals. Instead, they were too busy collecting her $180... Perhaps patient visits like this pay for the fancy lobby cappuccino machine? If you are experiencing any kind of muscular skeletal pain, don't bother wasting your time or money here...
