Customer service claims that they put a rush on our order but that doesn't help us any. We are announcing something that happened on December 1, but they wont even be received until mid-January. More importantly, they do not look professional. Honestly, it looks like we just printed them out on cardstock and cut them ourselves. When we complained to customer service they basically blamed us for not coming up with suggestions to make the announcement look nice. They were not willing to do anything to make the situation better. I think the vendor should have some responsibility to make sure that the final product looks nice. When you hire a professional company to do something like this, you expect them to do more than fill the order. I am a lawyer and don't know anything about printing and designing announcements. I haven't been involved in making a formal announcement like this since I got married in 1996.

The blue in the rainbow gets covered by the purple, and the arc in the rainbow got smooshed. I know I had a detailed design, which was my error, but I wish it could've looked more like the proof. Heads up for any newbies like me: it took about a week to get a digital design proof, and then another 4 days for it to be complete. Not complaining; just stating the timeline! Comms via email were very timely and I found them informative on the process of embroidery (stitches, colors, etc). Next time I won't choose such a complicated design, but I'm glad they were able to pull it off!

Purchased 3 shirts Get It While It's Hot, Rusty Anchor, Butter Queen via Etsy…read more Butter Queen (which by design had two blocks missing from the banner on butter queen and looked like a big mistake, my fault for not catching that) and Get it While Its Hot both had flaws in the printing. A blotch in the BQ and pretty noticeable crease in the Get While Shirts. I contacted the shop and this the response. 'We can do a reprint or a partial refund, but I would say to keep in mind that these are hand printed and not always 100% especially with printing on dark colors,' So pretty much a crap shoot if you order a dark t-shirt and want a proper product. That was on the 12th and since I needed them for an event,requested refund and yet to hear back. $60 for 3 shirts, two flawed. I'd never do business if you have to rely on lighter colors of fabric to get a correct product. pfff

She claimed the boxes weren't thick enough and insisted I needed to purchase a box or bag from the store instead. I took the same packages to another UPS Store and had no issues at all. This isn't the first time I've felt pressured at this location to buy additional packaging when it wasn't actually necessary. It comes across as an upsell tactic rather than genuine policy enforcement. Between the inconsistent service and the poor attitude, this location has lost my business.
