Last year, I stopped in Savona Sales - we looked at a few options but did not buy. After shopping around for the best price and product, we chose to give them another shot. I got to work with Sabri, one of the managers. He made the entire experience so stress free and easy. He immediately took my appointment, created a layout, showed me options based on price and quality and did not play any games with the specs. We ended up coming to a great price and product agreement for J&K Cabinetry. Three weeks later everything was delivered and my contractor installed it. Upon install, we saw that the trash pull out was missing. I called Sabri and he immediately ordered it and provided me a credit of $150.00 for the labor to install. This was generous and appreciated, but here is where the magic happened. We wanted to use the credit to purchase a few extra panels, but due to shipping and other costs it did not work out. I suggested that Sabri perhaps take that credit and make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital as a way to do good in the world. Not only did Sabri do this that day, he sent me a copy of the receipt with my name on it validating the donation. This was an amazing act of generosity. So many people just want to make a sale and move on. The care that Sabri and Savona took is amazing and inspiring. They provided us with multiple ideas, design improvements, and money-saving tips, whenever possible. They provided me a very clear picture of the process from start to finish. After the initial sale, they followed up on the delivery of the cabinets and made sure everything was installed correctly. I can honestly say that they helped us 110% to complete this project. I went ahead and purchased all our bathroom cabinets, tiles, and countertops from them. She intuitively picked out materials that appealed to us, including the tile, countertops, custom cabinetry, and fixtures. Along with Brian, the estimator, she came up with an ingenious use of the existing small space for an expanded walk-in shower and vanity area. Zoriana created a CAD rendering of the project, so we were able to clearly visualize what it will look like. Monks met our budget, and we are excited to proceed with the job. He kept to the projected schedule, actually finishing early, and aside from a few minor glitches which are inevitable with a project this complicated, pulled it off with the utmost professionalism. His crew, led by lead carpenter Bob, who's skill is only exceeded by his perfectionism, all did top-notch work. I don't know how many yelpers are going to come to this site looking for referrals for an expensive home improvement contractor, but I hired Beauty Craft because two different well-to-do friends were both very happy with the work he did for them. I'm sorry another reviewer felt that Dave did not properly follow up on their service request. Since we are all human, some personal eccentricities can emerge, but, in my case, everything worked out to my satisfaction. I've had no issues after a year, and I will say that he was a pleasure to work with throughout what can be a very stressful undertaking.

I would not purchase from this store ever again. Where to begin.... Firstly, they offer a…read morewhole room discount that wasn't offered to me upfront until I was ready to walk away for being too expensive. Secondly, their communication is horrible. I don't blame them for supply chain issues per se (we ordered the room in Dec 2021 and we didn't get the last parts until late July 2022), but they shouldn't be recommending suppliers with known significant delays, or let clients know that everything should be in "2-3 months" if that will be nowhere near the situation. Most importantly, when we took the main delivery and had to pay the remaining 50% balance due, they did NOT inform us that nearly 1/3 of the items were still missing! It wasn't until my contractor was ready to start installing that became apparent. Yet they had my full payment and seemed annoyed with us every time we called to check on the status of the remaining bathroom items... Which we were told for the last 2 months would "be delivered in the next week or so". Long story short... Find somewhere else to shop if you're redoing your bathroom or kitchen!
