Really can't say enough good things about these people. I dealt with Andrea on email, and she was always super responsive and clear and accommodating. I see other reviewers talking about how emails are curt, but the fact of the matter is I'd rather have a short, clear email, than one with lots of details and where information may got lost. I'm sure they've worked out why they put certain information on their website on others they keep for email. The delivery/assembly guys were great. Spent nearly 8 hours putting everything together. With their tools and experience, it validated my instinct that it was worth paying for the assembly service. It would have taken me days, if not weeks, to do what they did in a day. They also asked about use case, and did some finishing work that wasn't part of the instructions to make sure I really got value out of the furniture. Kudos to the entire team. I was having trouble getting a delivery and assembly date through IKEA, and decided to find a third party company to do the delivery and assembly for me. iFurniture was so quick to respond to my email with quotes for pricing and available delivery dates. I updated my shopping list several times, which was no problem-- they were very accommodating. They texted me when one of my items was out of stock and suggested alternatives as well as let me choose a different model from online for them to pick up in Elizabeth, NJ. Yuri and Zack arrived on time and got right to work. They were friendly, polite, and efficient, even helping me with a set of doors I had previously purchased from IKEA myself. I am so happy I found their services! I have used assembly services previously in LA and Toronto building Ikea furniture but never found a company that also goes shop for me! Their shopping and delivery services saved me tremendous amount of time and effort especially given my painful LA Ikea experience in which Ikea delivered my furniture 3 days later than promised. The same thing happened to a friend in Manhattan so she had to sleep on the floor for a week. Not only is Ikea's in-house delivery unreliable, one would also have to wait for a 6 hour window at home at a minimum. Kostiantyn accommodated my schedule and fit me in the only time I could do given work schedule. He and his colleagues arrived exactly on time at 3pm on a Friday--super hassle free!!! Waaaaay too easy! Easier than ordering takeout. Stop thinking and just hire them. By the time you rent a van, sit in traffic, experience the nightmare that is IKEA, schlep everything home and up to your apartment, unbox, try to assemble, lose your mind, blah blah blah, these guys could have done all of it for you, three times over probably. I emailed with what I wanted, heard back within minutes (Konstantin was at IKEA at that moment). They delivered by noon. I assembled myself because I actually enjoy that kind of thing but they brought all the boxes to my desired room and laid them out for me. It was soooo much easier than doing the whole run myself. Konstantin and his team did a great job. They proposed to shop in Ikea Elizabeth to save our money on a $3k+ order, arrived on time, completed assembly fast and professionaly. Based on my pricing requests, they offered pretty much the lowest price among other contractors. They offer different payment methods including Venmo, the good thing is that you do not have to pay anything upfront. We had to return bar stools and Ifurniture did it for us. Working with these guys was a good experience. I hired them to pick up furniture at Ikea, deliver to my new apartment, and assemble everything (a dresser, desk, chair, bed frame...the works!). Delivery and assembly were obvious lifesavers, but what can't be understated is the fact that they trek through Ikea and pick up all of the things on your shopping list for you. Seriously, if you have an extensive shopping list, don't skimp and just pay for these guys to do everything for you. Also, they're very friendly and polite. One tip is to be proactive about following up should you need answers to questions. They will usually get back to you within a day, but during the busier periods (towards the end of the month when everyone's moving) they may be delayed in responding. I had to email / call to confirm timing, pricing, etc. Not a big deal, but just a heads up. Payment is via cash or Venmo. I chose Venmo, which was super quick and straightforward. read more

I recently used iFurniture assembly shopping, delivery, and assembly services. Overall they are good, but could be a bit more professional. They do all business on email, they are quick with emails, but you will get a one line email reply with no additional details. I expect that when I am doing a $2K worth of IKEA related service, it will be great to talk on phone after we agreed on initial quote to discuss smaller details. They don't talk on phone. No details really, I left messages on their listed phone but nobody replied. Only email. On the day of delivery service, they were late by 2 h and somebody texted me only when I send an email to ask whereabouts. No details. Two persons delivered the stuff and start assembly. After some time the nice person left and other person was a bit rude or probably frustrated with seeing so much of job to be done alone. He refused to put my rugs that were bought with the same inventory service and he was supposed to arrange them in room. He also refused to throw the empty boxes in the building basement trash room, and said he can only do it as a help and I have to haul the boxes with him also. When I reminded him this is a part of service, then he was like ya, ok I can do it with a lot of attitude. He didn't cleaned or removed the tools, nails came with IKEA package. Please tell your employees to be a bit more polite and also to complete the job up to the words. read more

The manager, Marina responds very quickly and is incredibly interactive with customers. That alone granted them five stars. They did in store shopping for my very large cart and delivered it on time. The service fee is very affordable. Please make sure to check your receipts if they do in store shopping for you, they use the square cash app and the fee is non refundable should there be a mistake. After working with both ikea furniture assembly men and Konstantin along with his team, I can strongly say ifurnitureassembly is much better. You can commit to a time instead of a time frame and the team was on time, efficient, and went above and beyond by waiting patiently as you decide how high or how close you want to display/hang fixtures and furniture. They really understood that this is your home and were careful not to bodge the walls, removed their shoes, and made sure everything was the way I wanted it before leaving. Additionally, I moved into a 250 sq. ft. space and their team was able to assemble the most difficult to build piece of furniture Ikea makes (the malm lift up bed with underneath storage) quickly in a severely cramped environment. This young company retains very hard workers who are not checking their phones during the job and I would highly recommend. read more
