I have been using LIfeline since 2014. The computer at my boutique in Cranford crashed and Jason was able to get it back up and running smoothly and, most importantly, in a very timely manner. Without my computer, I was unable to ring up any sales, so Jason's rapid response was much appreciated. Since then, Jason has replaced my entire computer system and had to migrate over all of the information from my old pos system to the new computer . Again, he performed this work in a very efficient and rapid manner. Since Lifeline did such a great job with my business computer needs, I also purchased my new personal desktop system from them. I've dealt with computer technicians before but non like Jason from LifeLine Technology Solutions. I called for an issue that I had with my computers or server, I wasn't sure. After spending countless hours with online technicians such as IYogi and other technicians who actually came to my office, charge me, claimed to have fix the issue and left I found Jason on Yelp and though of giving up it that last attempt would also failed. First, when called, I spoke with Rebecca who set up an appointment for Jason to visit my office. Rebecca was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and set my expectation bar very high so I was expecting the same from Jason, the owner, whom I had the pleasure of working with and discussing my issues. Jason did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations in the way he handled my problem. My 10 YO desktop finally went to sleep, for good. I decided to look locally from Clark, and found Lifeline Tech in Cranford. After calling them, Jason was very helpful in determining exactly what my goal was: recover data and fix an old PC, or recover and transfer data to a new PC. Understanding a 10 YO PC is, in fact, OLD, I was focused on a new PC. Jason made it very clear that he was fine if I went to a "big box" store and bought a discounted PC, and he would gladly recover and transfer my old data to a PC that I bought somewhere else. I opted to buy my Dell PC from Lifeline. Although he told me he would have my new PC (with the recovered/transferred data) ready the next day, it was ready the same day! His team member, Rebecca, called me at home to go over a couple things and to transfer my Norton subscription to my new PC. He also provided the adapter cables I needed to connect my old 23 inch flat screen monitor. Great job to Jason, Rebecca, and Lifeline Technology for helping me with my home PC issue. I had an old computer that I had used for only a year and replaced it when began having problems with the electrical connection. It was not charging and would not stay on unless the electrical cord male plug was being hand held at a slight angle. I took it back to where I had purchased it. They told me it was the cord and I bought one from them for over $50. New cord but the problem continued. So I gave up and bought a new laptop. I few years later I took the old computer to Lifeline. Very nice people. I thought I was in for some major work. Lifeline folks were HONEST and told me that my computer was fine and all I needed was the correct electrical cord which they had for $25 not $50 like I had paid a few year earlier for flawed cord. Lifeline could have easily taken me for a ride like some car service departments sometimes do. HONESTY is a priceless commodity. read more

I will be the first to admit that as now a "60 Something" year old, I am not the most computer literate person you will find. A while ago, they restored my old computer back to proper working condition in only a day. Assisted me in follow-up of restoring latest printer and anti-virus software. Cost for their services was extremely reasonable. I expected to pay at least twice what I was charged. I later purchased a new computer from them with the operating system that I was looking for. They assisted me in hooking up my both computers so I could work on both at the same time. They continue to answer all questions of any type without charge.
