I was looking for someone to restore a favorite photograph taken on my honeymoon over 50 yrs ago, as it had faded badly -- to the point that this color photo appeared almost to be a black-and-white shot, and I could barely recognize the faces of me and my wife. I was not sure that it could be restored. After inspecting the photo, Mark carefully explained what he could -- and could not do -- regarding the desired restoration (the photo in question was itself a print made from the missing original long ago by another studio.) He detailed the process he would use, and the areas he would attempt to restore within the photo. I appreciated this time spent at the initial visit, so that I had realistic expectations when I left that appointment. When I picked-up the photo a short time later (less than 2 weeks), I was very pleased with the results that Mark was able to achieve -- he exceeded my expectations without a doubt! The colors were restored to their original hue, with much improved contrast, and the faded, facial details were present once again -- I could recognize our smiling faces! My…read more2-yearold HP laptop would not restart, even after following all the manufacturer's guidance from hotline. Marty at PCFixMe! answered my call, offered to fix later that same day, and when I drove up to CLE, he did troubleshooting and identified issues with motherboard. He corrected it, said it was common issue, and provided tips to prevent it (properly shutting down laptop). He also showed me how to remove back of motherboard and unplug/replug in battery, and provided me with small screwdrivers so I could do it myself if needed. Which I did when similar issues came up the next week. Twice. The solution worked temporarily, but... when my screen went black the following week, I called Marty to discuss. Since I was located an hour away, he kindly offered several options, one of which included helping me purchase a new laptop if motherboard was bad- worst case scenario. When I took the laptop to him, he did trouble shooting, laptop did not reboot, motherboard was bad and we proceeded to shop online for a replacement. He recommended a replacement, and he ordered it then and there. When it arrived a few days later at his shop, he called to tell me he noticed a scuff on the cover and also found that it did not have all he had expected in hardware, and apologized for his mistake. We discussed an alternative Lenovo laptop - also less expensive - and he purchased. When it arrived several days later, I picked it up. Marty was honest with me again and told me my old laptop eventually did reboot! I said I'd keep it as a backup, but I needed a reliable alternative for my new business. I've worked with IMG before and it has been fine. I recently took in a necklace to be repaired -…read moreonly the clasp had to be fixed yet my necklace came back 1/2 inch shorter. I've had that necklace for years and I knew right away that it didn't fit right. The associate said I must have just forgot what it felt like. When I got home and measured it, yep 19.5 inches and when I took it in, it was a 20 inch chain. They said they only touched the clasp. I should have measured and taken pictures of the necklace on the drop off. Ugh. I should always keep a tape measure in my bag.

In my recent 1 year old session, when it was very hard to keep the baby still, our photographer Jacob did such an excellent job. He still beautifully managed to capture such candid shots. We are really happy customers; happy with their work, happy to work with them again. They offer a good range of backgrounds to choose from. They have good selection of age appropriate props. I used similar groupon for both the sessions. Groupon was for $29.99 which included 3 digital images and 1 standard print plus 40% off on any other purchases. Both the times, all photos were so good that we bought the complete digital images that costs us $80 after 40% off; which makes it $110 plus taxes. This is really worth the deal. This Groupon deal is available almost always. I have been to JCpenney portraits in other cities too; but I really liked the staff in this location, I really enjoyed working with them, very warm and friendly.

I called for an appt same day and was scheduled that afternoon. It was a weekday so I'm sure that helped. The photographer (Melissa) did very well with my toddler. She spent a lot of time and effort making sure we got the best of what we could (with a crazy 2 year old) . After receiving such great service we will be scheduling our family pics here as well. So thankful to finally leave a studio happy and excited with the turn out instead of exhausted and disappointed like we have been at other studios in the area.
