I only really got one "smile" and that was almost forced. But I'm bringing home a haul of books, dvds, and a game for under $35...so I can't talk at that! Will I come back, sure! Will it be soon? Also, sure. But would being genuinely friendly kill you?

This HPB location is almost as good as the old Big Half Priced Books on Lane in Columbus (yes, we…read morecall it The Big HPB). Great selection, good sized clearance section, lots of books. Good prices. Lots of books (did I already say that?). Per the usual, I waddled out with arms bursting with my haul. I got a mix of Clearance fiction and some new non fiction. They have cute gift items as well, and the people are friendly. I did sell back a stack on a previous trip, and was not impressed with the buy back prices, but that's pretty much normal for consignment, and it did (temporarily) reduce the book burden in my house, which was the goal. Book burden was replaced during subsequent visit and has been returned to stasis.

They have everything from incense, candles, stained glass, tea, and outdoor garden items. It all seems to be local artist as well. I highly recommend you stop by and walk through and support the small business. I'm pretty sure they were down the street years ago where a framing places now but this new location is equally great. I'm still kicking myself for not purchasing a stained glass item that I went back for, but it was gone. People working there are always very friendly and helpful. There is street parking, but they also have their own private parking lot in the back. Very great and unique items all around

There is an area in front of the large windows with a table for kids to play and seating area for parents. My toddler enjoyed the time we spent at the bookstore. They have a Starbucks like most Barnes and Nobles so you can get some coffee and hang out.

Which, I suspect is a key feature that draws in the majority of their clientele. It's worth mentioning they also have a coffee shop inside. One that...interestingly enough, sells Starbucks coffee, yet suspiciously does not have the Starbucks scanning app. But they DO accept NFC payments. Always a plus in my book. Located in a ville of sorts, this is a nice spot to just sit, sip coffee, and read or have a casual coffee date with a friend. I wish I were doing the latter. But at least there is no situation, no faux pas or facet of life that can't be improved with coffee. Barnes and Noble in Westlake is worth 4 small White Chocolate Mochas out of 5.

Unfortunately, I went on Joe, the owner's off day, so I didn't get a chance to say hi to him, but his staff is always warm and friendly. I dig the amount of Star Wars memorabilia he has, along with all the other toys, collectible card games, tabletop games, and of course, the pinball machines. He also has new Comics weekly along with some back issues, stickers, supplies, and some really great statues. They run Magic the Gathering nights and other gaming functions please jump on their Facebook page to see their schedule. If you're looking for collectible card games singles, they also have probably one of the largest supplies in Northeast Ohio. Check out the 55 pictures I shot. Anytime I shoot 55 pictures tells me that there's so much goodness in there that I can't make up my mind which pictures to shoot. We appreciate the support that they've given us over years. We've loved to have folks go and say hi to them. Kidforce is easy to get to, right in downtown Berea .

Went by…read morebefore my flight back home and arrived at noon but the arcade doesn't open up til 2pm but the owner of Kidforce was there and opened it up for me to flip in early which was super generous. The machines also played really well and had a good mix from solid states through the latest Stern release, The Uncanny X-Men. Had a great time on the machines which range from $0.50 to $1 a play and even put up some initials. Definitely a fun spot to flip at and they also have video games. The owner mentioned to me that they are getting their liquor license soon so you'll be able to have a beer while you flip in the future!

Im so thankful I took my gear to them instead of shipping it off to an authorized tech in NYC. They saved me several hundred dollars and did great work in a timely manner. This was on a custom hand made dj mixer from Australia with no manual to reference mind you. The variety of different gear they are able to work on is staggering. After I found their entrance it was smooth sailing. They also back their work for 30 days so you really can't go wrong. Highly recommended.

I took in an home audio amp for repair. They had it nearly 2 months. Not one time in the entire…read moretime that they had it did they ever call me to give me any information. I would call them weekly and for the first month the response was we haven't gotten to it. Ok if work is ahead of me I accept that. because of my repeated calls I was told they would move me up on the list to have the tech make a diagnostic evaluation on it which never ever happened. Then after that it was BS about having to build some "special diagnostic software" to access the ethernet port on the back of the amplifier or equipment to make an assessment. they told me they couldn't get enough information from the manufacturer or off the Internet. I could except that for a repair are you telling me place that repairs amplifiers can't even do a general diagnostic evaluation on an amplifier for god sake?? Then finally after two months I called to just tell them I wanted to come pick up my amp and take it someplace else and their response was "we are out on the road for a week with the some band but we'll see if we can find anybody to let you in to the store so you can get your amplifier." what a joke this place is. They have no business whatsoever advertising home audio equipment repair. The only thing I got for my money was excuse after excuse about why they had done nothing and a bunch of BS. They could not even provide me a guess what might be wrong with it based upon a bench evaluation by one of their techs. It is really hard to find audio equipment repair shops nowadays as everything is disposable but I can tell you this, Pro Sound certainly isn't one of them! Stay away if you need stereo repair.
