I have dined at Dodd's Log Cabin Grill numerous times, along with inviting friends. The food is always served hot, delicious and with a smile. The meatloaf is a personal favorite, but their other offerings are excellent, with at least one burger not available anywhere else. Being an out-of-town worker and always on the road, most of your meals come from a drive thru or a local restaurant. Finding a hidden gem like DODD'S LOG CABIN GRILL was definitely worth the stop. Portion sizes are large, the wait staff are quick, efficient, and very polite, the whole place is immaculate and new, and the FOOD IS OUT OF THIS WORLD !! I originally stopped in for breakfast which only led to several return trips to sample other items on the menu. Anything you order is fast, fresh and hot ! It's almost as if you went to your own kitchen and made it for yourself (except the dodds folks did ). The bill for the food was HALF THE PRICE of another local diner AND almost double the portion size. TV screens on the wall can occupy you for the few minutes of wait time you have before your meal is delivered to your table with a smile and a beverage refill. The atmosphere is quiet and inviting and feels like friends are welcoming you to their kitchen table. Have never had a bad meal there although when I'm there it is usually for breakfast. Recently had a Swiss Mushroom Burger and Fries there. Both were awesome. I gave the Log Cabin another try and both food and service were quite good.

My husband and I went here for Mother's Day dinner. It was really slow and the food sucked!! When your meal takes at least 30-40 minutes to get to you (there was only one other couple waiting for theirs)and it's cold! We said nothing because we didn't need to waste another minute in the place. My husbands burger came out and the top bun was actually cold, like it just came out of the freezer. The food use to be good, but the service has always been poor. When you get both crap food and service, not good. We will not be back,period!! Wish I could go with no stars but I can't! read more
