The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and this restaurant has definitely earned a spot among my favorite breakfast and brunch places in the area. One of my favorite things about The Grind is that they have a confession box in the restroom. I left a little confession in the box, because it promised that the box was "a safe place to share what you can never tell a soul," and I felt that I could trust this random coffee shop in West Virginia with my whole heart.
