Our experience with Miller Implement has been disappointingly lacking in good basic customer…read moreservice from the manager on down. We purchased a Can Am Commander UTV from them - one that was on the showroom floor that they assembled. We were having an issue with it recently and their service department could not get it in to look at for over a month in September. Not knowing what was wrong we did not want to run it until it was looked at. Its fall. We're up north a great deal. Its hunting season. Its when we use it the most and now we're handicapped. We ended up taking it to Cedar Creek in Cedarburg - who got it in immediately and promised to have it looked at by the end of the week (which they did). While there we were looking at new UTV's on their showroom floor only to discover that a part that should have been installed on our UTV never was. It answered why we continually heard a rattle from the roof! We called Miller to inquire about the missing part - why it was never installed. Ended up talking to the manager who rudely told us that "how does he know we didn't take it off and now want a new one!" Seriously - its a $16 part. Unbelievable. The point being that they couldn't get the machine in to look at in a reasonable amount of time. The second point is the manager would not stand behind the product they delivered off their showroom floor - and would not eat $16 to keep a customer that spent over $20K satisfied. We ordered the part from them (irritated beyond belief) and when we went to install it none of the bolts were included. Don't know if they forgot to give them to us, its a separate part we should have been told to purchase or what the deal was with the missing bolts. Rather than make an issue out of that - we decided not to run back to Fond du lac and encounter more sarcasm so we purchased some that would work locally. We were considering selling the Commander and buying a Defender so we'd have an enclosed interior and heater. Given our experience with Miller we will not be purchasing it from them. We had purchased all our ATV's from Cedar Creek in the past, but they didn't have the Commander we wanted unfortunately. Now that we're looking again we won't make the mistake of not buying it from Cedar Creek again.

Do these guys really want to sell motorcycles? I stopped in on Saturday June 6th and was looking at…read morethe Yamaha Star Eluder. I liked it and asked if I could take a test ride. The salesman said yes. I filled out the paperwork, showed my license, and waited outside for them to bring out the bike. First the salesman told me the battery was dead and they would replace it. Then he came out again and told me they didn't have a replacement battery so I wouldn't be able to ride it till Monday. Seriously? A Yamaha dealer that doesn't have a battery for a Yamaha? Saturday the 13th, I was still thinking about this bike and hadn't made my purchase yet. I stopped back to take it out. Now the salesman tells me that another Star Eluder owner stopped in for service and they took parts off of this bike to repair his bike!!! So I guess batteries aren't there only thing the don't keep in stock. Apparently bikes on the showroom floor exist just for thier salvage value! Since it seems this bike is now being used for parts, I asked if the price was going to remain just under $15,000? I told him there is the same bike with less miles at Fuel in West Bend for $13,000. But apparently there isn't any wiggle room on a parts bike with 7,000 miles. I would have given them 3 stars in my review, since it seems like they are more service focused and less interested in sales. But after posting a review on Facebook, a manager proceeded to dismiss and troll my review as if my desire to purchase a bike from thier shop was unreasonable. I guess Engelhart and Action Powersports have set my expectations kind of high. Since my Facebook review and the subsequent thread, the manager felt it necessary to ban me from the dealership. As if I'd want to go back!!

A huge barn of products from clothes, gear to parts for different kinds of bikes, also snow plows,…read moreand way much more than I could even mention. I would suggest calling and checking before you drive out, or if you just wanna shop and kill time they have plenty to look at and ponder, even cool vintage, classic stuff. This place has so so so much to offer, but you have to know your parts or what will work for you because it can seem very over whelming with all the products and sizes and how to put them on your bike etc. I would suggest bringing someone who knows so you don't feel like I did or do your homework and know exactly what you need or can use. After talking with a couple of other customers in the store they both told me the prices here have gone up too much. It was my first time here so I had no past experiences here to compare. If you buy the wrong thing and want to bring it back the lady at check out said you can get store credit but clarify every thing for yourself. Some of the products they carry compared to the internet can be lower priced and some not so much.
