I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICK'S CAR CARE!!!…read more I was visiting from California for the weekend when I discovered a nail in the tire of my rental car. The rental company wanted to charge me for a tow and a full tire replacement, talk about stressful! It was a Saturday and most shops were either closed or too far away. I found Rick's Car Care on Yelp and saw they were listed as open until noon. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were actually closed on Saturdays. I decided to knock anyway, and I'm so glad I did! To my surprise, a gentleman named Jimmi answered the door. After I explained the situation, he graciously offered to take a look at my tire, despite being closed for the day. He quickly assessed the damage and was able to fix it with a simple plug. Not only did Jimmi go out of his way to help me, but he also treated me fairly and didn't try to overcharge me just because I was from out of town. The whole repair was fast, VERY affordable, and I was back on the road in under 10 minutes. Jimmi was an absolute lifesaver! His kindness and willingness to help a stranger truly made my day. Thank you again, Jimmi! I won't forget it!

I was given a quote over the phone on how much the work on my car was going to cost. The morning…read morewhen I dropped off the car for the repairs, I confirmed once again the cost. When I went to pick up my car, I was told a different final price and he said it was due to taxes. Even factoring in the sales tax, the final total was $20 over what it should have been. This place apparently likes to change the final cost from the other reviews submitted. Very disappointed. I thought I found a good place to go to for car repairs but I guess not.

I showed up for the appointment and no parts were ordered. So I wasted a half hour driving there from the opposite side of town, and another half hour back. Apparently the service department doesn't order parts because they asked ME if I ordered them. Guess what, guys? I'll go to Subaru City and get ACTUAL service, including them ordering parts. Never again.

Amagine my surprise when I was told that the 50K service hasn't been performed and it would cost me $800 and take all day. I asked my service manager, "I can't believe this wasn't done to be certified" and I was told it's not a requirement for certification. Really! Now I understand because the new owner, ME will be responsible for it! I think it's a shame that this was NOT revealed to me when I bought the truck. It will make me think twice where I buy my next vehicle. Thinking I have a certified vehicle that ALL of the required maintenance is up to date gave me a peace of mind that I was getting something great. Just goes to show you buyer beware even on GM certified vehicles. Also, recently I brought my car in for service, which should be a full inspection filling of fluids changing oil filter a week later my windshield washer fluid was empty never used obviously they didn't perform the service. They said they did Show just another issue with this dealership I found out today that my certified vehicle didn't have a jack or a lug wrench. Thanks Sommers GMC

I went to Pomp's Tire at 10525 W Donges Ct. in Milwaukee. Scott, the manager told me they could do the repair the same day. 18 wheelers and delivery vehicles filled the lot. I heard a guy ordering 8 tires while I was there the first time. Repairing a flat tire on my car didn't make them money, but I still felt like a valued customer and the tire tech did a great job. Went back there yesterday to have my winter tires mounted and balanced. Scott recognized me and said "You're the guy with the BMW." I said "Yes." They were busy mounting truck tires again, but Scott got me in right away. I walked out less than an hour later with my tires mounted. I see no reason to go anywhere else for tire service.
