During the service, they claimed my drain plugs were stripped out. Since this was the bike's first-ever oil change and it was purchased directly from them, they are the only ones who could have caused this. Despite this, they denied responsibility and charged me for the new plugs. To make matters worse, when I picked the bike up a week later, my final bill was $384. They claimed the $220 paper I signed was "just for labor" and didn't include parts, oil, or filters. The service advisor was nice, but the pricing transparency and lack of accountability are completely unacceptable. I will no longer bring my bike here for service.

Have used this towing service twice - once when my car's electronic security system was on the…read morefritz and I couldn't get in (they even gave it their best efforts and couldn't open any doors), and once when my fiance's car battery died. They have been prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful and friendly both times. With my lockout, they were the only towing company willing and available to come out after "business hours" on a Friday night. They ended up replacing my fiance's battery for him with a higher quality battery than he was planning on buying, and the battery came with a lifetime free replacement guarantee. We'll never buy another battery for that car again. They replaced the battery quickly and we were back on with our lives within an hour or so of the breakdown!
