They took no time to explain anything to my family and myself and they treated my mother, the widow as though she did not deserve a second of their time. When asked to explain certain fees, they always responded by stating that the price was standard. Looking back now, we definitely overpaid for certain things. The only reason we chose them in the first place was because my father was friends with the owner. I would never recommend this place. My father deserved better.

When it came time for decisions about Mass cards and a dress (amongst other things), we were presented with a wide choice of options to make sure it was personal to our family. We were able to hold a morning wake with a small service at the end before the procession which was very appropriate. The Deacon was eloquent. I made some sandwiches to ensure my 85-year-old dad had something to eat, and Vinny was nice enough to run back and forth to the refrigerator whenever we asked for these and waters for our guests. Joe was our hearse driver, and he was excellent at waiting at the correct traffic lights so as not to lose anybody on the way to the cemetery. His Consecration prayer at the gravesite was perfect. I hope I don't talk to these guys too much, but I absolutely know where I'm going if I need compassionate, thorough funeral services.

As you can imagine there was a coffin in the back of the room, rows of chairs, a couple couches, those bronze hand things to hold Mass cards... Flowers etc. Looked like a nice place, comfortable and solemn feeling. I said my condolences and got out of dodge because dead bodies in a room seem weird to me. When I left the host said something pleasant, but I said, "have a nice day" and bee lined. If this is your last stop, and your family wants to traditionally display you while they hover around... I'd consider this place. Grief isn't a laughing matter, and these people seem Professional and well versed in how to handle these situations, unlike myself.

My husband of 37 yrs sadly passed away suddenly and unexpectedly from a cardiac aneurysm and for you to ask if I have the correct funeral home is quite insensitive & insulting. I dealt with Christine. She was very cold and 'matter of fact'. Everything I posted indeed happened. I certainly would have liked to have management there on that evening. As you can imagine, it was an extremely sad & stressful time for myself and our three sons. There was no one present to ask for help. Again, once the bill was settled, management disappeared. I did receive a cake from a bakery from your buisness the following week which was the only upside as I hadn't eaten for days. I still feel very badly as things could've gone a whole lot better. Again, no one even asked if I needed anything or helped the guests get situated. I literally stood up the whole time not knowing what to do. It took me a while to have the courage to even write this.
