He hand walked our family through the process with kindness. He kept on top of me and told me what I needed to be doing and when. We cannot say enough good things about the Johnston family business. Everything was beautiful and having a separate area for the children was so helpful. This was our first rodeo, so we didn't know where to start. We called around and everyone we spoke to wouldn't give us any direct answers or tried to upsell us like a used car salesman. That is a disgusting tactic to do to grieving families. We did not get any of that at Johnstons. From the first phone call to the last they were upfront, honest and professional. They explained the entire process us to us over the phone. Everything was exactly what they told us it would be without any hidden fees. I wish they were our first call.
