A 7' barn door needed to be cut to shorten it since we under-estimated the height our low ceiling would allow. Then, when we were able to (last minute) get hold of spare floor boards, he cut and used them to fill in a gap to the new patio door. Trevor took care of all of the above professionally and the end results are clean and without blemish. All of this was done in about 15 hours of work.

He answered the phone immediately and knocked out the tough questions to put my mind at ease. I wanted to replace the silicone seal in my master bedroom shower and also seal the grout as the mildew was becoming a weekly chore. Andy informed me that he was able to complete both services in the same day and quoted me reasonable prices on the phone. I was able to schedule the work a few days later. Andy arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. We could carry a conversation as if we'd known each other for years. We had an immediate rapport and that's always helpful in a working relationship. Andy got to work right away on the shower and I noticed he had all the right tools for the job. It took several hours, but he worked diligently and quietly and cleaned up afterwards. Ultimately, the shower looks brand new again and I shouldn't have to worry about any further maintenance for another five years. I was so pleased with the work and how smooth things went with the shower that I decided to hire him again the following week. I needed to replace my garbage disposal that was jamming frequently before it was beyond repair. I grabbed the disposal I wanted from Home Depot and Andy came by a couple days later. Again, he took his time and was super quiet during the install. We came across a small issue with the setup, but he brought it to my attention immediately and asked me how we wanted to proceed. He installed a dimmer switch incorrectly and it didn't work on both ends of the hallway. Not a difficult task but I had an electrician come fix it at an additional expense. He repaird a leaking gutter. David was clear that the sealant he used may not hold on a rusty gutter. Fair enough, and it did not hold. I had the gutter replaced and say no evidence he even used a sealant. The biggest problem is that when I e-mailed David about these issues, his response to me was "get a life."
