They had the backsplash tile I wanted in stock and those installers did beautiful work as well. Out of nowhere, Miguel stepped around the corner, helped me lift the couch, and then offered an even bigger kindness--he suggested I borrow his van so I could transport it. He called his son at the showroom to confirm it was available and told me they'd be ready when I arrived. When I walked into the showroom, Miguel Jr. greeted me with, "Hello, Mr. Ferguson." He immediately recognized me as his middle school principal from more than a decade ago. The entire experience reminded me how genuinely kind and generous Miguel and his family are. Humph!.... Either you do... ? Or You Don't!…read more We wanted to consider a lazy-Susan for a blind-corner. .. our contractor worked with Krafter's land kitchen planner. Krafter's land only sales 'standard' cabinets. A standard Lay-Susan is 35 X 35 with a door opening of about 12-inches on each side. .. so.... How did my NON-Standard 33 X 33" lazy Susan come with 6" openings?.. 3-to- 6" inches less than the standard opening? I have three-Blind-Corners. Krafter's COULD-NOT accommodate a cabinet that would fill this whole area. They wanted me to accept a cabinet that would only fill part of this space. Hmmmm! Aren't blind corners a standard? And they don't accommodate? The planner's ambition seemed to desire to fill my walls with cabinets... it did not matter if the lower cabinets were aligned with the upper cabinets... did not matter. Putting in a two-door cabinet on one wall and putting two individual single cabinets across the way (thus minimizing my storage space).. and the there are the spacers .... An inch here, three inches there.. all eating up my precious storage space. Oh it Looks Gorgeous.... But nothing is aligned--- 4 cabinets up top, three on the bottom and none of the lines match. The cabinets themselves are beautiful!.... And I am a baker. I asked for roll-out shelves/drawers.... My baking shelf has 10# white flour, 10# wheat flour, 5# of both white and brown sugar..... guess what?.... Their roll-out shelves can-NOT carry this kind of a load... this load will cause dragging and musfunction. Hmmmm And the final clincher..... you buy- puck up and install--- they are yours. No returns. But they are pretty!

We met with Christine who was uncommonly knowledgeable, give us a ton of tips and things to consider, as well as let us look through the samples and talk amongst out selves. From there, we went home with a few different samples of LVP and carpet to better understand how each out actually look within the space. Once we decided on the materials, we worked with Jordan on scheduling and installation. The team at Long's are true professionals. Communication on delivery and installation was perfect too. I didn't need to be at the home for material drop off or installation, which made my life so much easier. From there, everything was finished in about 2-3 business days and the work looks phenomenal. On top of all of the above, the were the most cost efficient quote we received from flooring providers. Long's is so easy to work with and the work they do is unmatched.

We love our new carpet, and about two years later we found that a section needed to be restretched (hallway with odd corners) and Carpet To Go's follow up services were just as wonderful as when we made our original purchase. I was referred to Carpet to Go through the Costco flooring program. I was a bit worried when I…read morelearned that many customers had some issues with Costco referred contractors for flooring. However, we were lucky to have Carpet to Go, who completed our kitchen/dining area flooring project. I was originally scheduled on Thursday/Friday, right before the Christmas. However, just a day before our scheduled day, I got a call from Carpet to Go that they would have to delay this project for a day. Then I started to worry more as I might not be able to get my floor done before the holidays. They did give me an option to do it after Christmas, but I already moved out everything from my kitchen, so I decided to reschedule to Friday/Saturday. On Friday morning, I got another call that the installer was unable to complete the work on time and wouldn't be able to show up. At that moment, I became very anxious. In order to do the flooring, I already moved away all the furniture in my kitchen/dining room. It would be lots of work for me to move things back and then move them out. I asked if the installer could come later that day, and they told me that they could try. Luckily, the installer called me to see if he could come over around noon. I said yes, and he showed up around 1:40 pm. The installer Ivan was great to work with. As soon as he arrived, he started to work on the floor. He also explained to me why he was late, which I could totally understand. He was very careful with all the details, and he confirmed with me before he proceeded. He also asked for my permission to work late, which I had no problem as I really wanted to get it done as soon as possible. The next day, Ivan showed up to finish the work. When he finished the work and showed me, he mentioned to me that my kitchen cabinet was falling, which I had known already but had no solution for it. He offered to fix it for me, but he wanted to do it through his employer. I of course am fine with that. In fact, it's better to do through the company with all the liability insurance. He was able to fix my cabinet and he even went beyond to find some matching wood pieces to make my cabinet look nicer. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the work provided by Carpet to Go. The price was a bit cheaper than other bids I had received. The customer service was great. A few days later, they emailed me to check in with me to see if I was happy with their work. Although I think they should have got a back up plan in case the previous project got delayed, especially during the holidays. That's the reason why I didn't give 5 stars. I appreciate very much that Ivan's hard work to make us enjoy our new flooring and use our kitchen during the holidays. I would definitely use Carpet to Go for my next flooring project.
