We loved our trainer - and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name (she had Yellow hair!). But she was amazing, respectful, and patient with everyone and the dog parents. LOL She was very skittish in the beginning but with confidence and learning and homework we did a lot of great strides to making her feel more comfortable with us training her and being at home. She still will love checking out squirrels but we have been taught on what to do when that happens. We appreciate all you all do, and look forward to checking out more of their classes.

They immediately resized his collar, gave us a few tips and recommended we join the beginner obedience class. I was nervous for the classes due to his reactivity but the trainers were patient and encouraging every step of the way. We now enjoy walks, his reactivity is to a minimum and I am not nervous when other dogs get too close. Big shout out to the team, Casey, Angela, Jacob and Zach who all shared in our adventure. My dog is so much more well behaved now, I have way more control and I definitely was trained to be a much better leader for my dog. And they said to ask any questions and now they refused to reply. Something is off. Their "office" is closed but they "answer" phone messages. And then sent voicemails when I told the I'm Deaf. For some reason I didn't get their texts even though they said they sent them. They kept "pushing" for us to make a payment.... Nah... do not hire them.

He had me barking at my dog, throwing water balloons at my dog, and throwing a mini "bean bag" not at, but towards my dog; none of which were useful. My fiance and I told him on 3 separate occasions face-to-face that him coming for 15-20 minutes was not enough and we needed him to spend more time with our dog, and he did not do that so we just stopped communicating with him. He/Bark busters also never reached back out because they got their money. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

We had two other dogs (both 10 years old at the time) and we wanted to make sure that our newest member would have a smooth transition into our family. We had several sessions with John which focused on teaching our new pup basic manners as well as walking on a leash. He also gave us great tips and suggestions for establishing a positive relationship with our other two dogs. It was clear after our first meeting with John that he is passionate about what he does and that he takes great pride teaching owners how to best care for their dogs. My only regret is that I didn't find out about his services sooner. I love both locations! When Star goes to daycare, she absolutely loves it. I love getting the report cards at the end of the day that documents her actions. Bethany is our pup's trainer who we've worked with at this location as well at our home. She's helped us with basic commands as well as confidence in leash walking in the neighborhood. Star gets distracted when walking. We have lots of dogs in our neighborhood. We really love Bethany's guidance. Star has also been to the Annapolis location for boarding- week and also for a weekend. Both times she's done well. Overall, we will continue to use both locations as we are very happy with them!

(Us too) We never had a large intense breed so it's been a process for us both. They have been so helpful with us and I truly believe they really care for these dogs. He did a 10 night board when we went on vacation and the daily updates with video put my mind at ease. Loved the kennels very clean and they prepared his meals just they way I would. He came back freshly groomed and smelled so good.
