I work FT but have been fortunate that my parents are always home to take care of the dogs and leave the front and back door open for them to play - but when they went on vacation I felt horrible for leaving them home alone all day! I never took them hiking before (cause my body is not ready) and we go to the dog park once every 2 months. He came to my house the day of to meet my dogs and answer any questions I might have. He drove 45 minutes to get to me, which I was very grateful for and surprised since I thought I would have to drive to him. My dogs loved him and he made sure to answer any questions I had. = DOG HIKE DETAILS = + Kenny will pick up and drop off your furry best friend! Which is perfect for those of us who work full time, super easy. + Pricing is SUPER AFFORDABLE. I looked at another website which cost at least $30 more and they didn't provide pick up or drop off! + You can either leave your door unlocked or give him your key. + Kenny takes SO MANY videos along the way, make sure to follow him on snapchat to see what adventures they went on! I saved all the videos by recording them. + He makes sure to give them lots of water and treats as well. = AFTERMATH= I was so surprised by how friendly my dogs were to the other dogs, and I'm sure they were super excited to be going on a new adventure. For dogs who only leave the house to go on their usual 3-mile walk, this hike must have been amazing for them. When I got home, they were all tuckered out - that's a sign of a job well done. When our usual dog walker was booked, I found myself in a pinch looking for a person I could trust to exercise my hyper dog. My dog is skittish and nervous, but also a baby and hyper (chiweenie much?) she needs to run at least 30 min a day with me. So I turned to Yelp and reached out for various quotes. We set up a time to meet and they are a young and sweet couple. Their service was a great value for a full day of hiking and socializing. Our dog needs vigorous exercise and she was exhausted from the hike which is great for her temperament. They also include photos and Snapchat's of the dog, if you're into the social media stuff. I really thought my sweet little 7 month old chihuahua, Mister, knew a lot of tricks and commands...until I took Zoe's beginning dog training class at Centinela. Not only did he learn so much over the course of the six weekly classes, but so did I! Zoe made learning easy and fun with her patience and knowledge. She was thorough in her explanations and her step by step demonstrations were easy to follow. She was very hands on and took the time to go to every human and pup pair making sure we fully understood and could do what we were learning. I could not recommend enough! My fiancé and I adopted a three year old Australian Cattle Dog recently and were warned by the shelter that he had been returned to them because of his guarding behavior. Our dog bonded immediately with my fiancé and was wary of me, so felt that training would be necessary. We got in touch with Zoe almost immediately after finding her through a recommendation. We immediately worked on correcting the guarding behavior and our dog responded very well. After a couple of weeks he was no longer exhibiting guarding behavior as a default response and as a bonus, he was starting to bond with me too. Over the course of six weeks the guarding behavior was corrected. We also worked regularly marking his behavior through use of a clicker, loose leash walking, recall, boundary recognition (for the front yard) and countless other small behaviors that we observed throughout the weeks in between training sessions. Zoe worked with us at our home once a week. She was extremely accommodating to our schedule. Each week we discusses our dog's behavior and training progress before we moved onto the next task. Zoe had a training solution for anything that we could come up with. Zoe is an excellent trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and was really great with our dog. If you're wondering whether you should entrust your best friend with Kenny, wonder no more. Book him. He's amazing. Kenny watched my dog (Otis) for 4 days while I went out of town. Kenny stayed at my house with his dog Rex and took the best care of my baby. Otis has special needs -- requires two insulin injections and one steroid injection every day (as well as oral medication and a daily urine glucose test). Kenny handled this task like the pro that he is. Also, because of the steroids, Otis has to go potty every hour and at times can't hold it long enough to go out. Kenny not only took on this project but also cleaned up after Otis and loved him despite his high maintenance-ness. He also kept me updated by text and Snapchat every day to share what they were up to and how Otis was feeling. To top it off, Kenny took great care of my house. The place was respectfully cared for while I was away. This means a lot to me. Oh and Rex is a well-trained, lovely dog. Otis loved him and was sad when he left. Like I said...just hire him. Update! When my bf surprised me with an out-of-state trip, I was sooooo ecstatic. But my first thought was "oh no, what am I going to do with my pooch?" I needed a last minute dog sitter for my 5 month old puppy, and it seemed like everywhere I looked had a lengthy evaluation process and my dog would still be in a small room with limited space. I found Kenny and Zoe about a month and half ago. One of my friends recommended them to me as dog walkers. Turns out they do doggie hikes too, so now I have them take Clinton, my eight-month-old Golden Doodle, out on a hike every week. I was new to the dog hiking business, but Kenny and Zoe have been fair and professional since day one. The other day Clinton and I went on our own hike on the Westside and noticed several other supposed "dog walkers" out with WAY too many dogs. One dog walker literally had 12 dogs on a leash while four others roamed around without leashes! Another dog walker had taken off the dogs' proper leashes and replaced them with choke collars! I couldn't believe it! It made me really appreciate Kenny and Zoe, as they never have more than 4 per handler and treat the dogs as if they were their own. We have used their services thrice till now and below is the experience: First time: We found Kenny through rover and booked him to watch my three year old yellow Labrador last year during labor day around September 2016. No complaints, everything went well. Kenny was great, very punctual when it came to managing the schedule. Second Experience: New Year's eve-December 2016. This time we booked him through Rexi Tron and not Rover. First of all, he lost the keys to the apartment(we gave him the extra key) and so we had to come back all the way from our way to Vegas to let him in the apartment. Anyway, thats not the big deal. Most important of all, lack of responsibility and professionalism. My dog gets up early in the morning for breakfast and we told them(Zoe and Kenny) before hand if they were okay in getting up early around 6 am. But, guess what? They were here for a couple days and NOT a single day they were up on time. We have cameras installed and so we can see our dog. Its understandable if it happens once, we all are humans and we make mistakes and that's fine but three days in a row? We went to have some peace of mind and enjoy the new year but every single day we were in Vegas we had to get up early to see if our dog was given breakfast on time or not.It happened two days in a row and on the third day I decide to call her around 8:00 am(Yes, late by TWO HOURS) to see if she can get up and feed him. Her reply was "Yes, we got late today".. Seriously?? No apologies or any sort of concern.Felt like we were just another customer for her who was paying her to look after our dog.Anyway, we decided to let go since we were far and helpless. When we got home from Vegas, there were stains on the carpet and the comforter. Not sure, what was it but it was really bad and even after washing it, it didn't go away. Didn't expect this at all. Third time: May be it was a mistake this time to even think or count on them for Marcus. I was never going to use them but my boyfriend insisted since we had trust factor and so decided to count on them. So we decided to contact Zoe to have her watch Marcus for couple days(starting from May 7th till May 11th) in the eve since I was alone and my boyfriend was out of town. First of all, she said she will charge 45$ per hour every day which does not makes sense considering the amount they charged for every day. I let it go considering we had trust factor and I needed someone urgently. Secondly, we decided to meet and give her the keys to the apartment on Saturday(May 6th). However, she did not show up at the time we decided and did not even bother to follow up or contact or reschedule until Sunday evening (May 7th- 4:57 pm).Even on Sunday eve, it was very casual for her to say she forgot to show up. Overall, very BAD experience as a customer and felt like we were taken for granted.NEVER using RexiTron again. read more

He even brought his baby who obviously was used to being around dogs; large and small. She's adorable and happy.
