I found her because I wanted a local groomer close by. I called her and left a voicemail asking if she needed certain proof of vaccinations, she got back to me as soon as possible. She was available within the next day and I took Kayo in at 9am :) I filled out some paperwork for him, met Paris, and dropped him off. She does this amazing technique where she meets the dog for the first time and takes time to bond with them. I've never seen this experience before, but it was very helpful because my little guy is shy and anxious. He was scared at first but she took the leash & tried to hold him. She was extremely patient with him and took time to pet him, which surprised me immensely because he's not that friendly to strangers. She took about an hour & a half and called me when he was ready. She was very flexible with payment options since I had my Mother-in-law pick him up while I was running errands. She accepted payment virtually by Zelle, which made it less stressful & painless since I wasn't there physically to pay. She's very trustworthy and sweet. I called and asked how Kayo did and she said he did great! He usually gets nervous when getting his nails trimmed but he liked her a lot. She has good energy and even my dog can feel it. My nervous, anxiety-prone dog (who is on Prozac and usually trembles just getting in the car) just got sprayed in the face by a skunk. We'd only just been to this groomer one week ago for her first visit ever -- which, by the way, was a miracle in itself. My dog left that appointment happy, calm, and even ran back to say goodbye to the groomer instead of bolting to me with her tail tucked like she usually does. That told me everything I needed to know. So back to this morning. Total disaster. I texted the groomer at 6 AM on a Saturday, hoping for a miracle. She responded before 7:30 and got us in as her first appointment of the day. When we pulled up, even though my dog was still stressed from the skunk incident, the moment she realized where we were, her tail started wagging and she walked right in like she was seeing an old friend. Less than two hours later, my sweet girl was back to me smelling fresh and clean, tail still wagging. As a fellow small business owner, I know what it means to go above and beyond. When you step inside, you are surrounded by all kinds of healthy natural treats, a wide array of dog food choices, and cute apparel for your pups! What really blew me away was how responsive Rob the groomer was. He met with me, discussed grooming options, and was transparent about pricing, which was super fair. When it came time to bring in my girls, he did an incredible job washing them, cutting their nails, brushing their teeth, and giving my labradoodle the exact cut I had wanted for her. I was impressed by Rob's friendliness and expertise. Jazzed by his amazing work, I set up a second grooming appointment. I knew I had to do it in advance, because Rob can get pretty booked up! About a week before bringing my pups in, my labradoodle had terrible diarrhea and made a mess of herself (and my place). I reached out to Rob, and he told me was totally inundated with appointments, but would fit her in just to bathe her. Later that day, I dropped off my very dirty and soiled labradoodle. When I came to pick her up, she was a vision! She was sparkly white and looked like she had a Brazilian blowout! The amount of compassion and level of attention he still managed to give her on a very crazy day brought tears to my eyes. Today was both my pups' appointment day. I got to meet the owner Andrew, and he is super engaging and passionate about his space. I was again completely dazzled by how clean and well cared for my dogs were. I am grateful to Andrew, Rob, and this place of business for being so fantastic! It is no wonder Top Dog was suggested repeatedly to me, and now I highly recommend them, too!

She was very patient with my dog and took the time to really clean him up. My dog has had traumatic experiences in the past with groomers so it was a big step for us to try it out again. The grooming itself was fairly quick compared to other places! For a full bath and haircut he was done exactly in 3 hours. The pricing is super reasonable as well which is awesome in itself.
