I live in Cudahy and they came to pick my dog in the mornings and dropped him in the afternoons. They've taken my dog to dog parks, various trails, beaches, state parks, and they send pictures and videos to let you know your fluffy friend is happy. They care about where they take your dog too, so if it's super hot out they find a place to cool off for the day while still exercising your doggo. If it rained out, they check the pH levels of the beach to make sure it's safe and will avoid if it's not. They're timely with pick ups and drop offs too, and their super trust worthy; in fact I gave them the key to my house and they were nice enough to feed/water my pup and gave him a treat before they left. To cap things off they're some of the kindest people I've ever met. If you need someone to watch your little tail wagging friend, call these gals. The price is fair, the service is awesome, and I would recommend them to everyone. No regrets.

Her nails were still ridiculously long after her "trim." Because of this, I tried a different groomer this month. We went today, and I was told her ears were really dirty. I don't understand why her ears would be dirty when she doesn't roll around in anything. If they had cleaned her ears properly last month, they wouldn't have been "really dirty" this month. In addition, the parking lot is a nightmare. I can't speak to their other services, but definitely will not be back.

I recently hired Katie (Au Pets) to come twice a day three times a week to walk my older dog and new puppy. Puppies require a lot of work, patience, and consistency compared to older dogs who are already trained. Usually with walkers they just come and walk and go. The difference with Au Pets is they have taken the time to get to know the commands I use to continue the training process with my puppy while I am not there. The response has been amazing when I walk my dogs I can tell they are learning and improving telling that someone besides myself is working with them. Katie has also been very flexible as new commands are learned to integrate with her walk routine. They communicate after each walk how it went and give me an update. Always keeping me informed like for example if my dog is not feeling well or having problems with the bathroom. With this kind of communication and transparency I no longer worry about my dogs when I am not there. Overall I couldn't be happy with Au Pets! Long story short these people are beyond rude. They are abusive to customers and animals. For your safety and the safety of your pet I highly urge you to stay away from this store. Subject: Formal Complaint - Unprofessional Conduct and Incomplete Service at Store #2472 (Oak Creek, WI) I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an appalling experience my mother and our family dog had at your Drexel Town Square location (Store #2472) late last week as well as the completely unacceptable behavior of the store management and groomers. Especially the groomers. Our dog is a regular client at this location. Because of his specific needs, your grooming staff is well aware that he requires sedation to be safely groomed. Due to the predictable stress of the environment, he had a bowel movement on the salon floor. Instead of handling this common situation with the professional care (or common sense) expected of certified pet handlers, the salon staff reacted with hostility. They abruptly halted the service, called my mother, and sent her home with a stressed, half-shaved dog. They were snarky and rude to my mother, causing her to leave there in tears. She is in her 70s. If they want to be rude to someone, I can go up there and they can be rude to me. They don't get to abuse a woman in her 70's and her pet. When I called the store Monday morning to discuss this mishandling of a loyal customer, the manager on duty was completely dismissive, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. Rather than de-escalating the situation or offering a solution, her hostile demeanor forced me to end the call in extreme frustration. Words were said that were well earned at this juncture. While the conversation became heated due to the poor customer care, regard for the wellbeing of both the pet and the owner; it is entirely unacceptable for a retail manager to treat distressed pet parents with such blatant disrespect. The real question now is if they are that terrible in someone's face, how are they treating their animals when no one is looking? They were abusive to my mother, I can only assume they abused the dog and it was scared. Leaving a dog partially shaved and refusing to accommodate a known, stress-induced reaction from a regular client is a failure of care. Furthermore, the toxic customer service exhibited by both the salon staff and the store management violates PetSmart's corporate standards.

The livestock is healthy, vibrant, and thriving. This store should serve as a prototype for the chain, because the other locations should not even be trusted with tropical fish. The Grafton store, while improved from last year, is atrocious. I live in Cedarburg, buy make an effort to stop at the Oak Creek location to purchase new specimens for my aquariums. On my last stoop, I purchased three more tissue culture aquatic plants. Again, the staff here have taken it upon themselves to understand the hobby, and their animal husbandry is exactly what it should be.
