I can't say enough wonderful things about Greenfield veterinarian clinic in Greenfield Wisconsin…read morefrom the moment we walked in the staff made me and my cat feel generally cared at home and at ease they treated my cat with such kindness, and compassion . It was clear that this is not a job for them but something they truly care about. Dr. James Work took the time to thoroughly explain all my questions without rushing and made sure we understood every step of the visit with much attention to detail and dedication to providing the best care to mama kitty and me To feel so much at peace of mind during our visit the level of empathy and professionalism is rare and they got it. thanks to Dr. James Work The wonderful girls at Greenfield veterinarian clinic. My cat is happy, healthy, and striving . Diane Poushe and Mama Kitty

I've been dragging my fine furry feline friends in here just to be mean for years now. When I…read morestarted there were only two veterinarians, now there are four and they've remodeled. There are two big variables for veterinary clinics. The tough one is how are they with farewell time. I so wish I could have put one of these veterinarians in charge of my father's end of life care. I've had to say good bye to two of my best friends after long mostly very good lives and they were empathetic, compassionate, and kind. Now I've got two more elderly cats and once again I'm approaching the sad part of the circle of life. All vets are qualified, the DVM is one of the hardest doctorates to earn. A bigger variable are staff, and the staff here is the very best in the game. Actually there's a dog named Lucy working here who isn't very competent, but she's cute so she gets away with it. The human staff is just outstanding. Yes, the prices are kind of steep, but you do get what pay for and I really have never been to a pet clinic that is cheap. I think I should mention that none of my 6 cats would agree with this YELP review, but since they are cats, they really don't like any veterinary clinics. Plus they always end up here after I lie to them (I tell them we're going to get hamsters), so they start out disappointed. I think the place smells pretty clean but to cats I guess it smells like abject fear.

Doctors are good, but support staff here are rude. After paying over $2K for dental work on our…read moredog, we kept getting calls asking how he was doing even though we were still waiting to hear back on concerns that were brought up a previous conversation. It's as if no notes are logged. We are told that we would get a call back and no one calls. It's frustrating especially when you speak to someone about it and all they do is try to speak over you. Please train/retrain staff.

I would highly recommend you find another veterinarian and avoid this location all together…read more Especially avoid the vet at this location, Nancy Lindner, for her lack of professionalism, lack of follow up, lack of care, and most likely lack of knowledge as well. After taking our deeply loved dog here for nearly 5 years, he unfortunately passed away. Prior to this or being aware of his illness, we took him here while he wasn't feeling well. We NEVER had a follow up call to see how he was feeling, we NEVER received a call to review his bloodwork which was the first sign of concern, and we received snarky comments specially from Nancy Lindner while we took our poor dog there who was already sick and causing more undo stress by unnecessarily clipping his nail and making him bleed, while already not feeling well. Lastly, as our dogs primary veterinarian, we NEVER received a call after they were made aware he passed away. No phone, no card, nothing....Just an automatic cancelation of his follow up appointment. Extremely disappointing and disheartening, especially as our family dogs primary veterinarian. The ironic part is we received a card and follow up calls from the urgent care and the hospital we took him to only once. Please avoid this location and I regret ever choosing this vet as her primary care location. Hopefully those that were actually kind to our dog that are there will find a new location.
