I am super grateful to the staff here for taking such good care of my sweet but somewhat anti social dog while I am away, and for always being so communicative about how she is doing and any small issues that arise during her stay. The space is clean, they are strict about capacity, and they do a thorough socialization check prior to allowing dogs to come for boarding or daycare. This past weekend, I had an issue arise where my sitter had to leave town unexpectedly. DoggieVIP absolutely saved the day by allowing my dog to come stay for the weekend on late notice. They answered my panicked texts and calls immediately and took such great care of Fred while I was away. This spot is great about sending photo updates and all reservations can be made via text message, which makes scheduling a breeze. I will continue to use this location and their Riverwalk location anytime I travel. So grateful and can't recommend them enough!

From the first conversation with Caleb I was comfortable with his approach. He was thoughtful and wanted to know about our Golden Retrievers personalities and schedule. He even did a meet and greet before we moved it. His first experience with the girls was the day of our move into the new townhouse when he took them to start their staycation at Caleb's place. He is fantastic with the girls. He also is a great communicator sending lots of pictures and texts to let us know how they are doing. He is punctual and very accommodating and provided advice on groomers, vet and vendors in the area. In fact, when I needed some help with lunchtime walks while waiting for another service to start he fit us into his schedule. The girls have so much fun with him they now spend 1 daycare day a week with him and the pack. They are going to board with him again next weekend and it's like I'm sending them to family.

I have been using them for years now and they are just great. Not only does my Harper (9 year old standard poodle) receive fantastic care, but I've learned a lot of great techniques from Jess. I am frustrated seeing some kind of politically motivated smear campaign. I have had every one of her employees care for my Harper and never has there been an Emily on her roster. The dog walkers are very thoroughly vetted (in fact Jess recently fired one of Harper's usual walkers for not adhering to her high standards of practices). Don't believe this targeted smear attack taken out by a bunch of loser Charlie Kirk stans. You're dogs are in great hands! Even if you're dog is a bit more high maintenance than the average pupperoo. We are six months in and I'm happy to report that Wag Days is awesome, and keeps getting better. They have theme days and offer all sorts of daycare options as well as puppy and dog training. There are two things on my wish list: (1) I wish the Ring doorbell worked so calling to drop off and pick up was not necessary, and (2) I wish the portal allowed for editing reservation dates. Both things are technical, and technology can be fickle. How the humans treat my pup is far more important, an Wag Days staff are all aces in that department.
