The only reason I gave 2 stars is because her grooming was perfectly fine, but I won't return because it was obvious she came home petrified. I've had plenty of experience with groomers to know my dog's experience based off her body language when I pick her up, and it wasn't hard to tell she stayed scared out of her wits all day. Idk how my dog was treated, but hopefully better than the people.. When I picked her up, they asked me which collar/leash was hers (they were literally just all together in a pile) and then she just walked away to the back without even putting her collar/leash on OR letting her out from the behind the gate for me to get her. I had to open the gate myself to get her and then put her collar & leash on. The outside fenced in yard was SO small, and overgrown (which i somehow didn't notice dropping her off). Not too mention it smelled SO bad; I've never been to a shelter or any groomer that smelt HALF as bad! If you look at your fur babies like family, as I do, then you probably won't feel comfortable using this groomer because I will not again!

Dogs get their own room here. They get play time as well. Our dog is always happy when we drop him off and when we pick him up. I would recommend them to anyone, although it is out of our way, they have what is best for our dog and that is a great place to be :)

************ Please read ************** This business gave…read moremy dog a good haircut but: - I was continually interrupted when I was trying to ask questions and get information - Gave me no time options - They were so rushed in the process of taking my dog in that they ignored what I was trying to tell them about him. - She did not check my dog's records to see his health conditions or if he had kennel cough either. - Took them 8 hours and 30 minutes to get the job done for a ten pound dog - When I called to check up on the progress I was hung up on - Was accused of lying about being mistreated - I tried to express concerns about my dogs health but they wouldn't listen - Owner tried to gain sympathy for her own medical history - I've never had to wait this long for any size dog to get groomed before - The owner tried to tell me that my dog was scared and nervous because he must have been scared by a past experience with a groomer, however he has been to a groomer before and this has never happened. So considering all of their other behaviors they were obviously impatient with him and this must have been why he was so upset when we picked him up. - The owner tried to argue with me and tell me that I had not communicated with her when I had tried and was hung up on. When I expressed that I didn't want to argue about it she just kept arguing with me and wouldn't let it go. - I cannot emphasize enough how poorly the owner handled this situation and I have not had an experience with any establishment that was this bad in a long time. *** I will not be bringing my dog back to this establishment again and if you care about your dog you won't bring them there either. ***
