Update: Weeks later MV Vet responds on yelp with about what is expected as an update, what I did…read morenot expect was blatant lying....I was NEVER asked for more diagnostics, I 110% never EVER turned down any additional testing, I also was NEVER told to take her anywhere else besides the initial night before I took her in when I was advised I could take her to emergency care if I thought she might not make it through the night, at that point she was fine and I brought her to MV vet the next morning and it was not what MV vet is attempting to make it out to be...their BS reply is just to try and save face when they dropped the ball....lies lies and more lies, it's been almost a month and not a single person has contacted me....this is flat out ridiculous lying and false information to try and save face at a failing vet.

She shaved them down and botched them - then claimed they were matted but they had just been groomed 6 weeks prior elsewhere with ZERO issues (I only took them to her because my regular groomer was booked out too far in advance for me to keep up their maintenance) - because I DO NOT allow them to get matted. She also charged $135 per groom = $270 for a botched shave down. The next day my girl couldn't sit comfortably, she has a small tail. I ended up having to pay $242 to take her to the vet to find out what was going on. When I sent her photos and showed her the bill proving it was due to her negligence she stopped replying. If you deeply care about your dogs DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. She does not care about your pet and is trying to fit in as many dogs as possible to make money. If she argues I have receipts, and you can also see her cadence in previous replies.

Last week nobody showed up. This week nobody called and only sent one employee to take names and phone numbers! On top of that she's letting everybody wait in line just to take their name and number and not explaining to them that no vaccines or stool samples can be taken today. What a waste of people's time. You need to be better at showing up when you're expected to or at least let the store know. I called around to other veterinarian offices and no one was willing to give my cat medication for her anxiety to get her to her appointment but when I called BGV, they were so nice and had the idea of requesting my cats records from her previous vet so that way she can be prescribed anxiety meds for her first visit appointment which I truly appreciate so much. The staff was super welcoming and answered all my silly questions. The dr I had, I believe dr Jill (?), was super friendly and helpful! The vet nurse Catherine was also very nice and helpful. Would recommend this place.

The only thing I…read moredon't like is the tone can be condescending from the vets and like many other vet clinics recommend hills and purina. Certified dog nutritionist backed food? Maybe. But have you actually read the ingredients? Do you know that if you were to do a little research you'd find those dog and cat food options are some of the absolute worst? Corn, wheat and byproducts. Highly processed and very inflammatory. Please go outside the indoctrination box. Kibble is so bad in itself but these dog food companies should be condemned. Thank you for taking care of my animals when I needed you. I discovered a much better option for my cat with crystals in his bladder and he tested negative for crystals recently. Took him to another vet and she said to keep doing what Im doing. Urine acidifier and low phosphorus wet food. Weruva for the win.
