No place for it to hide so it say coiled right in the middle, practically filling the entire tank. I asked if the enclosure was permanent or temporary and was told it was temporary but that's hard to believe when they have a bundle deal for you to purchase the snake with the enclosure. A ball python of that size requires at least a 4x4x2 enclosure.

They really only had 1 of each left on the shelf so I say I got pretty lucky that it wasn't sold out when I came. It was nice to visit this location because then I would never know about this shopping center and next time I might take the time to check it all out.

Not a deal-breaker, but indicative of lackluster customer service nonetheless. I'll be back here if and when I need something that they carry. The selection for lawns, pets and outdoor living in general is good. They're a little pricey, but where else can one find a watering trough in this neck of the woods? I had a few issues, husband cut the fence, my dog got use to the minimal shock, and he grew out of the small prongs on the collar, batteries died. BUT Tina was right on it!! She came right out and repaired the fence, sent the new prongs for my now large dog, and helped me reprogram for his needs. All at no charge! Amanda is our girls groomer and has a very special relationship with both our girls, especially Meah. She is able to get Meah in and out of our car when no one else can get her to move.
