This is so disappointing to do this. The man that was grooming the dogs was nice but the girl at the front was not!!! I was using the you do it yourself dog wash. She was just very short with me. Annoyed. Rolling her eyes. Simply she was rude. Lied to her boss when I asked her why she was being rude to me..... she said 'have a nice day'. Didn't answer the q. Wtf?? Then he asked 'what's wrong?' She said that I didn't like the way she said 'have a nice day'. Just outright lied right in front of me. Ugh! read more

I have recently went to doggie dream salon, and I will have to say they did an amazing job to my teddy. My dog is a Cockapoo and has curly hair that gets matted very easily. Teddy was very matted and gets a little aggressive when it comes to grooming and I was having trouble finding a groomer that would take him. Until I brought him here, they were super friendly and reassured me that Teddy was in good hands. Plus they did any amazing job and gave him a perfect cut! I appreciate them very much!! Have been going here for YEARS! Called and tried to make an appointment. The girl told me that she couldn't find my name in the system. After several minutes on the phone she then told me that she was not authorized to MAKE appointments bc my dog was 13!! She told me to call back in 1 week....ONE WEEK What kind of business is this? I recently took my himalayan cat here for a bath/cut. The woman who groomer him (forgot her name but I think she's the only one who does cats) did a phenomenal job! He needed a lion cut since he had quite a few mates and while I was not wanting him the be shaved because I love his fluffy fur; she made him look so good and two weeks later he still smells beautiful. The prices are reasonable as well so I will absolutely be taking him back when the time comes. read more

This place is set up perfectly to get my big ruff and tumble dog in and out of the tub and they have drying equipment is convenient to use as well. I called around 2:30 to make sure they were open even thought the hours said 4pm. The girl said they were closing soon so I ran over as it was my dogs 10th birthday and the kids had a little birthday party planned for after dinner and I wanted to give her a bath and get her nails cut, a little pampering for my sweet old girl. The girl there was nice but I had to ask her for everything every step of the way, calling to her while she sat in the other room. She had rinsed out the tub I used but I saw a dirty brush with dog hair was left in there which is pretty gross. I am a business owner and I am only writing this review to alert the owner as it has the potential to be a great facility at a great price to wash your dogs . Around 3pm while I was finishing up washing my dog a couple came by with their dog and asked to do it themselves as I was doing. They were turned away! They were polite but obviously confused as the sign on the door said 4pm close. She even asked the girl "so is it a 3pm cutoff? Or just hit or miss when you're open?" The girl at least took her # but she turned away business and basically did the bare minimum. I asked for a brush and was combing out my dog and she called to me from the other room, " are you paying cash or credit?" I took this as a hint to leave. It was 3:15pm. I paid credit bc honestly I didn't think she respected her job or the business much and worried she'd take the cash. Maybe she had to be somewhere and it was a rare incident but cmon, maybe say that then. The place is nice and has a lot of space and the price is awesome- my only complaint is directly related to the employee. read more

Took my cat to get groomed. She did very good job, and trustworthy. The problem I have is it took 4 hrs. To groom my cat, and they gave her no water during this 4 hr. Period. Way to long for service. Next time getting mobile groomer to come to house, less stress on cat. read more

I decided to try this place after the groomers I usually go to decided to close down and move to Millstone. I heard decent reviews about this place, been in business for 10+ years and loved the fact that the website and employees over the phone said I could stay in the room while my dog was being groomed. I got there for my dog's appointment and was told to my put my dog into this cage as they were grooming another dog... no problem. They told me to be back in two hours and I told them that I spoke with an employee as well as looked at the website and it said I could stay here until she was finished. They told me I read/heard it wrong and it said you could stay AROUND the area but not in the building which sounded a little sketchy. Both girls who were doing the grooming were also giving me an attitude. I didn't really feel comfortable leaving my dog there but I did and stayed around the area. Two hours later, they called me back and she was groomed. It was a decent job but not great for the amount I paid. It doesn't look like the website is still running even though they are still in business. I wouldn't return to this place just because of the attitude I received and the information was wrong on the website. read more

Today I went for my 1 PM appointment for 2 Shih Tzu's who have been groomed there before. I was greeted by a groomer who said "You don't have an appointment today". VERY NASTY! This is the 2nd time my appointment was not written down. There was no way I was leaving my dogs with a groomer who was nasty to me. I told them I was leaving and they lost a good customer and also told them I would tell everyone I know who goes there. Her response was, "well if that makes you feel better". So far that is 5 dogs who they will no longer be groomed by them. Horrible treatment. Customer service did not exist. When I got home they left a message and told me they made a mistake and I did have an appointment. The owner texted someone and they forgot to add it to the schedule. The stated they would give me Some Kind of discount on the grooming service. Never would I allow that groomer to touch my dogs and she should be fired. To Yell at a customer who just walked in the dog was so wrong. read more

Great place to take my dogs. Have done so for about 5 years. My dogs are always safe, comfortable, and happy. My westie's fur is hard to handle and needs bleaching. He comes home fresh clean and super white in have 5 dogs and am very critical. They always feel safe here and the staff is very pleasant and helpful read more

I took my dog there Many times. The story about the dogs Ear being nearly "cut off" seems a little odd to me. I mean I use to do grooming myself and Ears Bleed really bad so there is NO way this woman who claims the groomer cut the dogs ear off didn't notice the blood at pick-up. I saw a picture of the dogs ear that the lady posted and there is NO way anyone couldnt have noticed a gash that big unless your blind! I understand that if the groomer nicked the dog then yes the owner should have been notified at pick-up. I personally blame the owner if she thinks the groomer would use a bow to cover up the gash then whatever. The bows that groomers put on the dogs are so small and they are even lucky if they stay on...unless it was like a huge party bow then there is NO way this owner didnt notice it! Sorry I smell something fishy with the owner and her story! Anyways I will still recommend these guys to people,they are still good. Mistakes happen but there still is NO way the owner didn't notice blood on the dog,or in her car. If the dog even scratched at its ear and made it worse I still don't think it could have done that much damage to it! Like ears DON'T stop bleeding on there own,unlike nails where if you cut the quik to short then it bleeds like crazy looks like a blood bath..but you can put septic powder on nails,and even then the nail still bleeds sometimes...but I call a bad OWNER not Groomer sorry just my opinion! read more
