He was a rescue from a hoarding situation and apparently had never been trained to do anything, but when SMS sent the first video to my phone all we could say was, "Is that our dog!?" The trainer was absolutely excellent, going through everything step-by-step, and answering all of our questions. The facility itself is awesome with huge training rooms that are clean and odor free. We've gone through 3 training sessions and will have one of the trainers out to the house after we've spent a week or so doing home training.
