As you walk in you are welcomed by Jim, owner and hot do.g chef extraordinaire! Nestled in between pics of Jim and his celebrity "buds" are menus describing different NY locales and hot dog condiments. I chose the Hudson River Dog combo. Jim was featuring foot longs today and my hot dog came with relish, raw onion and mustard, (I chose the yellow mustard of the Two offered). I selected a bag of Doritos and a Sprite to round out my combo selection. My wife ordered a side of some macaroni salad to go with her hot dog. We both thoroughly enjoyed our hot dogs and our conversation with Jim, who will be celebrating his 1 year anniversary here this coming May. Great food, conversation and choice to come here today!

He's the one in all the celebrity photos on the walls -- between all the NYC memorabilia. This so added to our experience. Such a personable guy with a lot of good stories. If you like Sabrett hot dogs, like I do, then this is your kind of place. I got a "New Yorker" with just relish and a little brown mustard. I've still never figured out why they call it "spicy" brown, but this deli mustard is my preferred. They were featuring foot longs so we lucked out and got a bigger than usual hot dog. My husband ordered a combo which meant he got a drink and a bag of his choice of chips added to his hotdog choice. He got the "Hudson River" dog with raw chopped onions and relish. He chose yellow mustard to be added. In addition, we added a container of macaroni salad from the cooler. Although not house made, it was a good choice. We brought some home. All the names of the hot dog choices are New York related and so cute. You'll find some combo that matches your preferences or even a plain one. But Jim can customize what you want, as well, even if you don't find it on the menu exactly. We look forward to returning the next time I'm dreaming of a Sabrett. Wish we'd found this place sooner.
