He told me that this particular dent was not workable due to its location and the make of the car having reinforcement in the door. He packed up his stuff and was ready to leave. I asked him what I owed him, and he was not willing to take any money because he was not satisfied with what he had done. When I looked at the car, it was SIGNIFICANTLY improved. He did manage to remove a lot of the unsightly dent and clean off the paint from the other car that smacked into my door. I gave him some cash anyway. An hour later the job was done, they said they did the best they could straightening out a bent bumper attachment(hmm no mention to using those parts I paid for??). The end result was marginally better than before I brought vehicle to them. I sent before and after photos to the owner asking if this was the best they could do, but they didn't reply. Vehicle is a 2020 Nissan Rogue, and very clean with no previous accidents. Bottom line, if you have a lease car and insurance sends you to these guys, they are fine. If you are looking for real craftsmanship, I would not recommend them.
