Needless to say after they replaced said pads and rotors the brakes continued to squeal. They suggested it would go away "shortly after driving a bit", but if not, they'd return and "oil them". When the squealing continued "after a bit", I contacted them again and heard nothing back. I tried again and was told they'd been sick, but promised to stop by that evening. They never showed. I contacted them again, but did not receive the courtesy of a response. Now I question the money I paid that did not solve the problem and their lack of responsiveness or accountability for stopping my brakes from squealing and following through with what they promised to do to make it right. That reasoning makes no sense -- those are the same components they'd have to check anyway to diagnose the problem, whether I replaced them or not. After visiting their new location, it's clear they've shifted focus to easier, low-risk jobs on higher-end vehicles. They wasted my time and gas for nothing. I used to trust this shop, but it's not the same place anymore. If you actually need a real diagnostic or meaningful repair work, go somewhere else.

It's so hard now days to find an honest mechanics that you can keep going without them taking advantage of you..With BJ and his brother Ayman, I have no reservation in my mind that they will ever rip me off. I took my car on 8/12 /26 to JJ's auto service for an oil change, they did not top off the liquids as promised, There was hardly any antifreeze I had to buy and fill, next day they sent me test findings (front lower forward bushing ripped.) Took my car to BJ. He took me under my car and showed me his findings... there was nothing wrong with the bushings. Thank you BJ for your honesty, I asked him to please recharge the oil that was done at JJ's, I saw the filter that came out of my car how filthy and back it was.
