Ever since Jenni started grooming him, his skin has improved so much and is now pretty much resolved. What really stands out is how much care she puts into every visit. She takes the time to gently clean between all of his facial wrinkles instead of rushing through it, and it has made such a huge difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and treats them like they're her own. With a senior dog, finding someone you completely trust isn't easy, but I never have to worry when he's with Jenni. For some context, my little gremlin is absolutely terrible for nail trims. At the vet, it usually takes three vet techs just to hold him still. I honestly thought no one would ever be able to do it safely. Somehow she manages to do his nail trims by herself without losing any fingers! I still have no idea how she does it, but it's seriously impressive. Patient, calm, and amazing with difficult dogs. If your pet hates nail trims, this is the place. We'll definitely be back!

I have a now 11 year old dog named Shin-Shin who we got as a puppy and was not trained properly. He was aggressive towards every living thing that wasn't a main family member but I knew he was a sweetie inside and wanted others to experience his kinder side. I took 8 training sessions and while he may not be perfect being as his old habits have stuck a bit, he's much more manegeable. My partner, who doesn't live with me, has admitted that he's like a different dog now. Before Shin-Shin made my partner nervous and always looked ready to attack but can now cuddle with him. It takes a lot of patience and observation to understand a dog and surely a lesson learned for any future pets I may have in the future. She called me throughout the appointment and we made adjustments together. She let me know he moved a lot when it came to cutting his face so we felt it was best to leave as is for safety reasons. I made an appointment on Tuesday night around 9pm for the next day and was confirmed within minutes. Things were hectic when we showed up for our appointment (think like the vet - dogs barking and loud noises) but I could tell they were going to be kind and patient with my Daisy girl. I got her back 3 hours later and while she had a hard time and was really scared - they were so sweet and patient with her. I'm beyond grateful for the care they gave her (especially for her first time ever at the groomer). We did a medicated wash and the spaws package and it was so worth it. Her coat is so clean and soft! It was an eventful afternoon for my girl but she's at home resting and all clean and cute now. I will be coming back and don't even want to try other groomers!
