This review has been long overdue. I have been a loyal customer here for the past three years maybe even longer tbh The staff is really responsive and communicative. They are upfront with prices and any extra charges when necessary such as flea baths or teeth cleaning. One my dogs was very old and during his last few months he wasn't as mobile but the staff was very gentle with him nonetheless. I still bring my other two dogs here still and they do a great job with bathing and grooming. My dogs are long haired dogs so their fur gets matted when it grows too long. I just love that they are given a little bandana after their grooming and how the bandanas matches the season or holidays. read more

Sucks to leave a bad review but in this case I will have to write one , I have came here twice the first time I took both of my dogs they cut my poodle and the cut was pretty bad that it got infected and had to take her to the vet but my second dog which is a maltipoo they did pretty great as well keep in mind my dogs are pretty calm as I have been told that at other grooming locations . I completely understand it could be difficult at some times so I decided to give them another chance for my male dog and today when my fiancé picked my maltipoo he has a pretty bad cut in his private area that is bleeding and the worker there didn't notify my fiancé to let her know about the cut and to top it off it does not seem that my dog got a bathed he still smells like he did when we first dropped him off . I can 100% recommend this place. Staff is super friendly and genuinely care about dogs. My dog (Kylie) is not an easy dog to handle and it takes a while for her to get used to someone new, and they did great. We didn't have an appointment last week and they were out of cages so we decided to wait until this weekend and came just as we opened. So glad we waited and didn't go elsewhere. I tried explaining to her they have been groomed their whole life and the grooming didn't need to be perfect. She said the oldest was 10 years old. This place cut my dog badly I took her a few times each time they cut the nails too short. The last time I took her she had 3 really bad cuts. She told me she had to put glue to stop the bleeding. She said my dog didn't let her cut her hair and moved a lot. I would have liked to get a call and for her to stop the grooming. How do you cut her again and again and continue to cut her. This is the BEST GROOMER to date for my Pug named ZACK at 5 years old. Just bathing no cut air dry no blower dry Zacks real happy!!! Called around to many groomers and Poodle Land was quick to respond and schedule ZACK to come in within 2 days. I had been using Petco and they never answer the phone when you call and usually have to wait 5-10 minutes to leave a massage to call me back and 3-4 days later and then usually schedule 2 weeks out, and each time I go they are chargingmore and more for doing the same grooming. I ve been to Pet Smart even more expensive and scheduling out 2 weeks also. I recently took my poodle and shitzu and I was skeptical being that there original groomers had bookings for several months. So I decided to give them a try. Man was I mistaken!! When my mom brought them home I noticed there were two large cuts on the bottom of my poodles ears as if they continued to cut on the same opening. When I previously had dropped them off I told the lady he was a bit nervous and she took him. Not once did I receive a call stating he was being difficult! ITS COMMON SENSE IF THE THE DOG IS BEING DIFFICULT TO NOTIFY THE OWNER AND STOP WHAT YOUR DOING!!! If I would have known they were going to proceed and do what they pleased just to get a quick buck I would NOT have took him there. He now gets aggressive when I try to touch his ears and he continues to constantly shake his head and cry. Also the lady never stated ANYTHING to my mom when she picked him up that they left him with 2 CUTS ON BOTH EARS BUT STATED HE WAS BEING DIFFICULT!???! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NO COMMUNICATION. As soon as I walked in, I was helped. The groomer took one look at my dog and automatically knew he had an overall short cut on the body and a schnauzer face. It was $50 for my medium schnauzer, which including the flea dip. Plenty of parking in the front. Super clean check-in area. They require vaccination confirmation on your first visit for your pet so make sure to bring that. Super happy with the results, and I will be going back! read more

My wife took our pup there today. He went in looking good his hair was just too long for the heat. My wife told them short on the body and his face full n fluffy. They butchered his face. They left half his face kind of fluffy and shaved all under his mouth n said cause he had knots. Which was bs because I just gave him a bath n combed him a few days ago. Now he looks like Mr Burns. Can't believe my wife paid for that. Probably gonna shave the rest of his face n start over just he doesn't look so bad.
