In fact his love for daily visits to the dog park are why we prefer boarding him over having someone watch him at our home. Club Fetch had the notes from the other facility and chose to give our boy a chance. They sent daily report cards evaluating his behavior with photos and took excellent care of our dog. When I picked him up they said that he was an angel and was welcome to stay there anytime. Club Fetch gives us great peace of mind. We are so thankful to have a safe and loving place to care for our dog when we have to be away.

The day of the appointment, I went in to the facility they said there was no appointment. They then proceeded to look at my records for my pet and stated "You need every single distemper shot in the series to be seen. NC state law." Upon a simple google search, the only shot required by law is the rabies shot (which my dog has). I was refused grooming for no reason by an ill informed staff team. Not to mention the lack of customer service by not having a booking system that works and lack of basic phone etiquette.

I'm not mad at that but I still wanted to visit the local shop and see what other treats they had available. The ship itself is not huge but the people working there gave great customer service. The young lady greeted me when I walked in and answered all of questions. My dog enjoyed all of the different smells and sounds from barking dogs in the back. I did pick up a few items: cheese ball, biscuit, and a peanut butter cup. I also bought a beef rib bone which my dog loved. Well she loved everything I gave her that day. They even have ice cream. I will take pictures on my next visit as I will be back soon.

Trust me, this is no easy feat!). Teddy usually falls asleep on the ride home from camp as she's so exhausted from her doggy adventures but you can tell how happy and incredibly well cared for she is during her time away. We've had issues with boarding facilities in the past (check my reviews if interested) which left us hesitant to booking, especially considering the expense that comes with larger breed considerations. However, not only does TCC have better care, facilities, and customer service; they are also easier on the checkbook. Teddy definitely has a home away from home in TCC, and even though our new move puts us another 15 minutes out, we wouldn't go anywhere else!
