Shannon met me at the door I was very excited to see her, everyone were so friendly & kind and made me feel so loved! Mom made another appointment with Emily, I can't wait!! This is mom my Daisy Grace is a every excited lab that weights a good 90lbs!!! Yes she is a little fluffy!! To some groomers they don't have the patience needed to handle her, so I would get her back not fully done, nails not trimmed or ears not cleaned ! Not at Four Paws they did a great job with her! When she had Violet and I come over for an introduction, Violet relaxed quickly and made herself at home on Cassandra's sofa, just like she'd do at home. I found that Cassandra is a delight to work with: she's very communicative and responsive and willing to accommodate special requests where she can. I was nervous about Violet's first day because she didn't love another, larger day care that I tried, but Cassandra sent me pictures of a happy dog before I had even gotten to my office. These days, Violet can't wait to get inside to see her friends. This is a dog who used to need to know where I was at all times and would never choose to go with someone else if I was there. Now she doesn't even look back at me when I drop her off. And I love that.

They kept us updated with happenings and there were many photos uploaded to Facebook. Rumi was on some meds and they were extremely organized. The manager, Corrine, was so nice and definitely went out of her way to make us feel comfortable leaving him for the first time. Unprofessional and dangerous. No refund for services and still denying any responsibility for a wound that required several stitches ? Insane to me. Should be closed down for neglect. If you harm a pet while they are in your care, at least have the decency to notify the owner. If you're afraid of having to pay the medical bills for a mistake you made, you shouldn't even be open. Disgusted. Even the vet told us to stay away from this place.

We called to alert them after finding out our pup was sick. The response we received was, "we had an outbreak in our puppy room. It happens a couple times per year." Really? I'm now worried about losing my dog. Forget the $3200 we've spent so far to treat her and that's just to figure out what is growing in my puppies chest. Bottom line, if my dog makes it through this, I won't be bringing her back to Cloud K9. Please notify your customers when something like this happens. Please isolate coughing dogs immediately. They treated Izzie like the monkey from the movie Outbreak at the vet. Obviously, it's super contagious. Please treat your clients accordingly. If we still had our old Boerboel when this happened, it could have killed her.

I had over 13 people coming through my home! ridiculous! When I complained I was told they can't…read moreguarantee the same person. It didn't matter who was on the schedule because it changed frequently, so I never knew who would be coming. At first this shocked me. Then I realized there's nothing I could do about it. Some were good but others weren't! The owner lives in Florida and is clueless. The people who came didn't read the notes I left even though I put them on top of the leash and wrote them in the portal . The dogs NEVER got fresh water and I caught some of them going through my things! 1 actually got loud with my dogs! My dogs got so stressed they now have behavioral issues. There's no one to complain to because the owner doesn't want to deal with it or worse, spins it! She doesn't respond to emails or text if she doesn't like what's in them. She ignores and won't make thinks right. Glad they're out of our life.
