Wee just left Pets Choice with very happy smiles on our faces! Our dog received a good wash at the dog wash self service. The self service had everything you need to wash your dog: brush, aprons, hot and cold water dispensed through a spray that has different spray settings, leash for inside the wash tub and blow dryer. Everything went smoothly with our dog wash. My only suggestion is adding some heat to the blow dryer as it was hard to dry our dog's hair fully. Fair note though, I forgot to use the included towel :) The shop itself is big! There are so many different food options to choose from for your dog, and there is even a dog bakery. The cashier and workers were very friendly, kind and helpful. They give our kids some crayons, a drawing and stickers! We were able to check out as soon as we got in. This made leaving very easy since our company was two toddlers and a young dog :) Next time we are in the area, we will definitely drop by again! read more

Last Friday we woke up to find our beloved dog had crossed the rainbow bridge. We searched for crematories through our tears and I realized I wanted to have a paw print of Oliver. I called Pet's Choice and they had the molds for sale. I went in and the gentlemen working there was more than helpful. He found me the mold, made a hard surface for us to be able to do his print, and molded it for us. I cannot be more appreciative of their help at this most difficult time of my life. Love this place way more than the big franchise stores. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and it's evident they genuinely care about pets every time we walk in with our dogs. The place is very clean and they are always attentive....and make you feel more like a friend than a customer. They have a very good rewards program too. Wow, what a great local find! We recently adopted a hound/terrier mix from the Stratham SPCA who decided after only a few weeks that she hated her Science Diet puppy food! Our trainer recommended Pets Choice because they had a wide variety of quality dog foods and often had sample bags to try for our finicky girl. Pets Choice is a family owned and operated business that has a wonderfully pleasant staff. Everyone there has been exceptionally helpful to me as I have tried different foods to find the right one. In addition I thought that the food was very comparably priced to other pet stores. I have recently purchased a harness for our dog after never previously purchased one before. The staff offered to fit her for it in the store so I could be certain I had purchased the right size and fit. I cannot say enough good things about this place! read more

Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. They have a huge selection of food and toys. Pets Choice also has a frequent buyer card. For every $100 you spend you save $5. It may not sound like that big a deal, but in today's economy every little bit helps. I prefer in these tough times to help the Mom and Pop stores then the big box stores. I have to get pill pockets for my cats pill. I prefer to buy them from Pets Choice because they are always fresh and soft. They cost a little more, but they are worth it. Shop here first you will be surprised. I had a Siberian Husky, but he was getting old and lame. We had him euthanized two months short of his 14th birthday. Three months later we adopted a feral kitten. I would not trade him for anything. You will be very surprised how everyone is. Enjoy your shopping experience. read more

I came in for the first time with my pup and the shop is great. It has a lot of inventory for food items and treats. The woman greeted me right away when she was finished with her customer and she asked my dogs name and pet him. She gave him some treats to and was knowledgeable and gave good suggestions when I asked her some questions. I also got a rewards card there. Will keep going here! read more

We buy all our pet foods and toys here and have been for years. We have a German Shepherd and a Foxhound mix rescue and a cat. The cat is of course a challenge, but the knowledgeable staff is always there to help and offer suggestions w/o being intrusive. Prices are very good and the owners are wonderfully friendly and active in the community. We would not think of going anywhere else. read more

The people here genuinely love animals. My dog is always treated well by the groomer and the people working the store area. We love using the self-wash tubs, and the fact that they offer a natural sensitive skin shampoo option at no extra charge for our girl with skin irritation issues. This is a great shop! I am always greeted when I walk in, and before I even get to the food room in the back someone is offering to help me. I have never even had to carry my own bag to the counter or out to my car. They always offer to do it for me. They carry a great variety and the food I need is always in stock. I know inventory can be a difficult thing to gauge, but they really do a great job at it! I have sent several people their way because they provide a great service. read more

I was looking for a harness type item to walk my dog and they offered some suggestions and had me try one on my dog and walk him around the store. They aren't pushy, but helpful.
