Our golden retriever has been attending Doglando for over 2.5 years. It's a great place for her to be running around and learn. 6 acres of space with outdoor pool, sand yard, lagoon, ponds, and other natural habitats for her to play and explore with her other furry friends. Don't worry about them getting dirty. At the end of the day, they will rinse and dry her off so she can go home nice and clean. Our pup was very timid and afraid to go out of the house before Doglando. The staffs there are very passionate and helped her overcome her fears. Now she is one confident dog that we can take her everywhere we go.

This place is filled with dog lovers who treat your dog like their own and make you feel like a part of their human family. It's a great place for dogs to have fun, get exercised and get socialized with other dogs and to my surprise even with little and big humans. My started as a puppy and they were able to wean him off biting when cradled and helped with potty training. It's been a great experience and I look forward to his next step of learning to swim!

seems like a great facility but be aware they're very selective and very expensive. i wanted to enroll anyway since i work during the day and live close. so i took the tour, but stressed my concern about my dog's ball possessiveness and was hoping they could help mitigate that. after discussing it AND emphasizing it on the written paperwork, they assured me it should be fine and took my $80 for an entry assessment. they then called me in to explain to me that they couldn't accept her because she "exhibits resource possessiveness" like yeah i know. thats why i repeatedly asked about it prior, but they never once mentioned it could disqualify her until they took my money. then suggested i take time off and use an expensive private trainer to fix the problem. thankfully i was able to find lots of helpful youtube videos and solved the problem for free. but now I'm turned off to bringing her back and frankly, they should refund me for that dishonest conduct.

I met the wonderful staff of Doglando the same day I met the pup that would change my life. That was back in June and to say this awesome organization is a huge part of my life cannot be over emphasized. Aspen attends enrichment and the staff are excellent in tending to each dogs needs. The staff are part of Aspens pack, she loves and trusts them and I do too. They walk the walk 24/7

Love this place! So does my pup. She's attending puppy class, skill building and enrichment which helps me to learn how to work with her as she will be a big dog and i can't physically handle her as she gets older. I also like they have bus pick up once a week so i take advantage of that. The trainers will work on issues i have concern about like her getting over fear of jumping out if the car as i can't always take her out of car due to my health. Staff is friendly, helpful and i know my pup is well cared for and being trained the same by all staff; consistency is important, they work her mentally which makes her for a happier dog & me a better parent.

The staff is so kind and informative. They let you know if there were any concerns with your pets behavior or eating habits. They are super accommodating and allow you to bring your pets favorite toy or treats and even their bed for boarding. They keep detailed notes and ensure they understand what your pets needs are and how to care for them . They even administer meds for your pet. They have surveillance and you can watch you pet play during the day using the odoggy app. You only have access to the cameras at night if your pet is staying in a VIP room. They have treat options like hot dogs and ice cream and grooming options for your pet during their stay. My favorite time is when I pick my pup up and she is so happy to see me and the staff provides a picture and/ or report card of how her stay went. Nice size parking lot and right off the highway for pet parents.., little shop inside for last minute needs, they also have indoor and outdoor areas for the pups and a puppy pool. Prices are going up a few dollars in September but currently a small room is $53 per night.. I believe VIP is $75 per night but is a larger room with a TV and camera access for pet parents. They do have a fees for late pickups and different things so just keep in mind because that can add up quickly. All in all my pups loves this place and sleeps for two days after all the playing she does while here. This will continue to be my go to. Even with the pending price increase, they are right in line with similar boarding facilities in the area

First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.

The sessions expire within 12 weeks so when Pepper had to take a break because she got spayed, it was absolutely no issue. The majority of the class is focused on doing the agility course, but they also practice other things such as proper leash walking. The owner runs the class but there are always atleast 2-3 other trainers around to help. Pepper loves agility! She is a couch potato at heart but when she's at agility class she is always having a blast running and just being around dogs. A lot of obedience classes and dog day cares unfortunately discriminate against pitbulls but at Natural Instincts they are extremely bully friendly. He was able to observe their behavior and talk to us about different plans. Not only did he we feel confident in what he was talking about but we felt his compassion and devotion towards our babies. This is definitely not just a job for him but a passion. We opted to board and train both of them. Lily is our 3 year old. She WAS completely out of control. Lily had become quite aggressive and many times we couldn't even walk past her without her growling and jumping at us. I had been bitten by Lily a few times just putting her harness on her (drew blood once). Outside walking her had become more than a chore. She would jump on anyone that came near us and then started barking and showing aggression towards outsiders as well. Lily was in full control of our home and lives. I was at my end. Putter is our 2 year old. I was not planning on getting any training for Putter until my husband suggested it. Putter's issues WERE his walking me and showing aggression towards any other animals. Keep in mind Putter is only 10lbs. but had no fear towards a 100lb. dog. I had thought as long as I held on to him he would be fine. All in all both were out of control. On the day Paul came to pick them up all I could do was cry and almost backed out (Thank God I didn't). Paul was amazing with keeping us updated on their progress. Over the course of the 2 week training he would text us to let us know how they were and we received many pictures and videos. We always seemed to have questions (I have to admit now some were pretty silly). Paul without hesitation answered all of them. Lily and Putter are home and for the first time in a LONG time we are enjoying them. The first couple of days we were a little nervous trying to maintain what they had learned but again Paul never let us down. They tried to revert back to their old ways but Paul trained us as well! What we also really love is Paul is not done with us. Not only is this a lifetime commitment for us but him as well. Lily has showed no signs of aggression and has stopped jumping on everyone. Putter no longer walks me and shows no aggression towards other animals. We are all so much calmer and happier now. They sit, stay, heel, place whenever asked. They are receiving positive attention now and are loving it. I can't thank Orlando Dog Wizard enough for helping us make our home happy again.

He didn't understand any sort of boundaries: jumping on, pushing, scratching, and nipping out of control. No matter what we tried, we couldn't get him to behave and even considered returning him to the shelter because of how unfit we felt as his pup parents. Everything turned around just after the first session with Mike! We learned how to properly train our pup and establish boundaries so he understands who makes the rules. Mike is so talented and really knows what he's doing when it comes to training dogs. He explains everything in a straightforward manner and breaks down what you need to do and why, so you actually understand the concepts and aren't just in the dark blindly following a structure. We moved at a good pace and were reassured with the lifetime guarantee for the training. As long as you're following the homework schedule, your trainer will continue going over things week after week until your pup fully grasps the concept before moving on to the next command. We even got to cover some additional commands on weeks our pup caught on before the allotted training time was over. This was such a great experience and definitely worth the time and money invested. We even got to include Nimbus in our wedding ceremony, which was a dream we thought wouldn't come true before our training program with Penn's Canine! If you need dog training, look no further!!

Gave updates with pictures which was great. Very convenient. They worked well with my very nervous dog. Cons: Not the best communication in terms of updating when pickup was taking place. They give you an estimated time window for pickup and say they will contact you closer to the time window to give you a more specific pickup time. I had to call two different times and speak to 5-6 people on their after hours answering service in order to find out there was a 2-3 day delay on what was supposed to be the day of my pickup. I eventually was placed in contact with management and they were great. The delay itself is understandable, but it would have been ideal to have been given a heads up beforehand.

Blue Collar Pet Transport -- 1 star…read more I hired Blue Collar Pet Transport to move our dog Radar and two cats from New York to Texas. Radar died within 48 hours of being placed in their care. He was 3.5 years old and healthy. We waited about a month to post this while awaiting the necropsy. It came back inconclusive -- because Radar was not brought to a veterinarian until full rigor mortis had already set in. Full rigor takes 6 to 12 hours to develop (per the vet). That means Radar was dead for hours before anyone at Blue Collar realized it. Two independent pathologists confirmed the body had decomposed too much to determine cause of death. The reason we don't know what killed our dog is a delay entirely inside Blue Collar's control. We were notified by text in the middle of the night. Calls to Blue Collar went unreturned. The first person we actually spoke to was the emergency vet who declared Radar dead-on-arrival -- and who was concerned enough about the circumstances that she recommended the necropsy. Here is what I wish I had known: They rely heavily on subcontractors. The people you speak to when you book are not the people transporting your animal. When something goes wrong, the customer-facing employees stop responding and you are handed off to contractors who have no direct obligation to you. There is no physical location. No office to visit. Blue Collar keeps no real logs. No route log. No stop log. No welfare log. No documentation of feeding, watering, walking, or check-in times. When we asked for records of what happened during the trip, there was nothing to produce. The only route data we obtained was screenshots of the driver's Life360 app that we cobbled together ourselves. Life360 is a personal location-sharing app, not a transport logging system. From those screenshots we found stretches close to four hours with no documented welfare check on the animals on the day Radar died -- a day when temperatures exceeded 100°F. Updates were not what was promised. We were told 4 per day. Most days we got one -- sometimes a short video, sometimes less. We also suspect the crate Radar was placed in was undersized (per a written statement from the boarding kennel we had used for years) -- but with no logs, there is no way to confirm. Their communication is poor and defensive. Their main channel is a group chat in an app called GroupMe. The initial incident report we received had basic facts wrong -- the wrong age for Radar, the wrong breed, and a timeline that did not match Blue Collar's own records. It was not written by the driver on the scene -- it was written by their subcontractor route coordinator, who was on a plane at the time of the incident. It is incredibly irresponsible that the person responsible for coordinating the transport of our animals was unreachable, in the air, while the trip was in progress. When we tried to reconstruct what happened, that same route coordinator asked us: "what exactly are we in search of currently?" When we pushed back for accurate information, we were told we were chasing conspiracy theories. When we formally requested all internal communications about Radar's death, we were told there was zero written internal communication that did not happen in the customer group chat we were part of. No internal email thread. No investigation memo. No documented review. Once payment was resolved, Blue Collar employees stopped responding. They refunded us, and after that all communication from actual Blue Collar staff went silent. I tried to reach the owner on LinkedIn -- no response. Blue Collar has also disabled Recommendations on their Facebook business page so customers cannot leave reviews there. The company has changed names at least once (formerly Millennium Pet Transport) -- search carefully, older reviews may not surface under the current name. We are not the only ones. Multiple families have described the same pattern via Facebook victims' groups and Instagram/YouTube reviews: an animal in Blue Collar's care under 48 hours, animal dies, animal is not brought to a veterinarian until in full rigor mortis. In the end, this is not a professional company that should be entrusted with the care of your animal.
